SUMMARY: Ryan Stevens had hoped for a new start. Transferring from the 66th Precinct to the 99 had been a blessing. He was away from his old colleagues that would belittle and bully him. he gets to the 'Nine Nine' as he's heard it been called and he's overwhelmed with how accepting the detectives are. There's one detective there that makes his adjustment a lot easier, one who is obsessed with binders and order, just as much as he is.
