SUMMARY: Ella Goodman was rather surprised to bump into Jake Peralta. She hadn't seen him for years. He was in line behind her at a coffee shop. This turns into a catch up and the pair are laughing away when Ella's phone rings.
It's her mother, reminding her that she needs to pick up her auntie for dinner that night. It's a rather chaotic phone call, when Martin suddenly pipes up and asks if she's found a 'male' yet.
Jake is rather intrigued at how this phone call had turned out and Ella informs him of their friday night dinner. Jake assumes that it couldn't possibly be that bad, and Ella is ready to prove him wrong. She invites him to the next dinner, and chaos ensues.

They went to Jake's bar mitzvah and he was invited to theirs
