The two spent the morning in utter bliss and now they were both on the couch.  Penny was sleeping and was on Wade's lap.  That was when there was a knock on the door. 

"Come in, " Wade calls,, and luckily enough Penny is still asleep.  The person enters to reveal Tony and Natasha.

"Wilson!" Tony growls when he sees their position.

"Shhh, don't wake her up."

"So why did she call in, you both seem to be healthy."

"Fury is sending me on a mission and he's blackmailing me into doing it.  I might even be forced to miss my own child's birth because of it."

"Why is he forcing you to do it?" Natasha asks.

"He says that it's a job for Deadpool or Spiderman but seeing as Spiderman is out of the equation, it has to be me."

"Wade..." Penny mumbles in her sleep automatically pulling him closer.  Wade just looks down at his wife with the most caring expression and pushes her hair behind her ears.

"Alright, alright we get it.  We're going to leave now and you better return to her.  She can stay in the tower until you return.  I'll be by later."

"Okay, thanks, Tony."

"She's my daughter, it's the least I could do."

Wade just nods and the two Avengers leave.  Penny wakes up a few hours later and Wade makes lunch before the two start to watch tv and cuddle.

"Your father came by earlier."

"About what?"

"Well, you get to stay there while I'm gone.  You'll be safer than a princess in a dragon guarded castle."

"Whatever Wade.  Just return to me, hopefully before the baby is born but I love you and I'll miss you so much."

"I'll miss you too baby girl.  I hope to return before the baby is born but we both know things don't always work out the way we want them to.  I love you."

Wade and Penny go upstairs and the two pack Penny's things for about an hour before they finish and then Wade makes dinner and they eat.  Tony shows up not too long after they finish. 

Wade says that he'll clean up and the two could catch up in the living room.  Penny tried to protest but Wade just tells her he's almost done.  When he finishes up he comes into the living room and holds Penny. 

"Ready to go?" Tony asks.

"Well, I kind of want to be with Wade until he has to leave."

"He can come with us then, the tower is closer to the helicarrier than your house."

"Alright, I'll be back." After a few minutes, Wade comes back with a small bag.  He grabs all of the bags and Penny stays by him as Tony leads them to his car.  The two get in, Penny sits in the passenger seat while Wade goes to sit in the back and they head to the tower.

Tony shows Penny to her room she'll be using.  After Wade sets her suitcases on her bed they all head to the commons area.  They end up talking for an hour before Wade goes to get suited up, right before he's about to leave through the elevator Penny stops him and the two share a long and passionate kiss.  When they pull away
