I gave simple nod as response and moved closer to them. Even without looking, I could feel Dimitri his brown eyes burning on my body and to be honest it made me nervous. He was stone cold yesterday and I wasn't planning on dealing with him right now. Grace gave me a quick smile before leaving the big room. I looked at Dimitri but tensed up when I made eye contact with him. His eyes are looking intensely, as if he is looking inside me. Why was he even looking? He didn't bother giving me a look yesterday, was he really scanning me now? My eyes left his and I looked at my teacher who gave me a warm smile. '' Mister Ryu, this is misses Harper, the student I have been talking about'' he chirped happily.
Once realizing what the teacher has said, my stomach started to turn over. I looked questioningly at him, not knowing what was coming next. My sixth sense told me it was something worse and I was really not stable enough for another mental break. Dimitri smirked and nodded, his eyes still scanning my body. His face didn't show any kind of shame which made me want to punch his face. '' Hello Elena'' Dimitri said with a charming voice, my body automatically responding to his voice with goose bumps. '' Hello mister Ryu'' I said polity back, turning my attention back to the teacher. His eyes were deep, as if he was looking into my soul.
'' You asked me last week about getting extra points, right misses Harper?''
I nodded to the teacher, not seeing the connection between my school and Dimitri. If I get two more extra points this period, my diploma would be guaranteed. '' I talked with Mister Ryu and we found an exercise for you, it will deliver you 5 extra points. You will walk a day with mister Ryu and analyse his way of working, the way he communicates etcetera. Mister Ryu will make a little test for you afterwards. You need to hand the test in by mister Ryu and a little essay about your day by me at the end of this week.''
His words repeated in my head. Was I really able to walk with him a whole day? The man my mother hated this much. The person that didn't even bother to be respectful towards a stranger yesterday. The man that hated students according to Jess. I did need those points, but I don't know if it was worth walking with him a whole day. He looked too confident, irritating and somehow really stupid. He was so sure that I would accept this, not knowing anything about me or my personality.
'' Can I refuse this exercise?'' I said as friendly as possible, after thinking for a couple seconds. A confident smile appeared on my face. He did't expect this move and it did bring happiness to me knowing that I had suprised him. I watched how Dimitri his confident face changed in something serious, got yah. '' It's up to you Elena, this exercise would give you some good view about what you could do in your future''. I sighed lightly at the old man, who was still looking at me with a smile. Why would it even help my education to follow a fucking douchebag? '' Think about it Elena and let me know at the end of the day. I will be in this room till 3.'' I nodded and thanked him before leaving the room. I didn't bother saying anything to Dimitri, knowing that I made my point very clear to him.
