Chapter 17

Excuse any mistakes🥱 .!

"Scream you'll be a dead bitch." Hakeem spat into Moe's ear. She cussed under her breath, but stayed quiet otherwise. She thought of Cam and prayed she'd come in for some odd reason soon.

Hakeem started walking towards the front of the house cautiously making sure there was nobody else in the house. The two girls who were in the front room were gone, and Hakeem sighed in frustration.

He started calling their names until they eventually came from inside one of the closets. Moe carried her gaze to the window and seen Issy pointing her gun towards Hakeem's head. She was happy at first til she realized Issy wouldn't know what to do if she missed, so she mouthed for her not to shoot.

Issy's eyebrows arched in confusion as she tilted her head to the side "why?" She mouthed back. Moe didn't answer though. She told her to go get Cam and explain to her what was happening. She did as told.

A few minutes later there was a sound coming from the back door. Hakeem looked at Moe, then down the hall leading to the back. He tightened his grip around her neck, and slowly walked that way.

Without hesitation he swung the door open. Instead of it being Cam it was Essi. Moe groaned out loud. Maybe she should have let Issy shoot and take her chances.

She was pulled out of her thoughts by a sinister laugh. She looked up at Hakeem and seen he had the gun pointed at Essi. "Money must really be losing her shit seeing she only sent two people." Hakeem said as he put his finger on the trigger.

3 shots fired... Moe opened her eyes which closed by instinct from the sound of the gun. She seen Essi on the floor, but not bleeding. Only when she looked at Hakeem did she notice she was on the floor next to him. Although he was dead.

Moe looked around confused. That is until her eyes landed on Cam. She sent 5. Cam said looking down at Hakeem with hate filled eyes. Moe jumped up and gave her a hug. "AHH CAMMY!" Cam hugged back with a smile on her face.

She helped Essi up, and called for the others to leave. Once they were all in the car they drove back to the warehouse in a comfortable silence.

After Money gave everyone their cut Cam urged for Moe to get in the car so they could go look for Carson. C''mon, hurry up we have to go get her right now!! She semi screamed as she pulled on Moe's arm. She didn't have much luck moving her cause Moe was bigger and stronger than Cam. "I'm coming just let me get my things." Moe said unenthusiastic. She didn't want to go find Carson. She remembered all the heartache she put Cam through before which she'll eventually do again if they go find her.

Who y'all searching for? Essi asked coming around the corner taking a sip from her water bottle. Don't w- "Carson." Cam looked over at Moe with wide eyes. Moe looked back at her with a half hearted smile as she shrugged her shoulders.

Essi's face scrunched together. She wondered why they were looking for her if she just went home. She was about to tell them where she was, but then it hit her that they could be who Carson wanted to get away from. Did they hurt her? Were they planning on hurting her? As the thoughts played out in her head her blood boiled.

She remembered how Cam used to be head over heels in love with Carson, and that she probably still was. With all the information processing in her head all she could say was.. Oh.

Carson, Cam thinks your missing. I don't know if you wanna talk to her or not, but she's probably gonna look here first.

Carson stares at Essi with a plain look on her face. She was honestly still sleepy and didn't feel like dealing with anybody. She walked back to her room, and handed her her keys. I'm going back to sleep park my car down the street walk back if you want too. Essi nodded her head, and did what she told her too. She parked her car down the street too, and hurriedly walked back incase Cam and Moe were on their way here.

When she got in the house she locked the door, and walked up the stairs to her room. She took off her shoes, jacket, shirt, and pants. Essi was only wearing her sports bra and some boxers when she got in the bed.

Carson snuggled up next to Essi and laid her head on her chest. She wrapped her arms around her waist, and went back to sleep. Essi looked down at her with a wide smile.

I can't let her have you bruh.
