"You wanna go outside and skate down the street?"

"Richie, it's literally 2 am."

"Yeah so? It's not dark, there are street lights. Come on, please???" He begged.

"Alright Fine."

They snook outside and went skating down the quiet road.

"This should be our thing."

"What do you mean?"

"Skating together at night."

"Well we are the only ones with skateboards dumbass." Eddie chuckled.

"Yeah but I meant, just generally taking late walks with you."

Eddie blushed, "Yeah, id like that. It can be "our" thing.... Hey Rich..?"

"Ya?"

"Why'd you freak out all of a sudden? Earlier.."

"Oh.. It's not important Ed's."

"Of course it is, Cmon what's going on."

"Nothing."

"Rich I know there's som-

Eddie's board slid out under him, and he fell on his back. Richie stopped, "Shit are you okay?!" He looked at his slightly bruised knees.

"Yeah, I've fallen many times I'm used to it." Eddie then looked at his hands, and Richie was holding them. He could kind of see redness in his hands, but they were covered from his sweater. Once Richie noticed he cleared his throat and helped him up.

"You sure you're okay?"

"I'm sure."

"Uh, Can you do a kick flip?" Richie laughed.

"Yeah, can you?"

"Totally."

"Prove it then." He laughed.

He nodded then flipped up his board, doing the trick. "Ha, told ya."

"Okay I see I see, you ain't that bad."

"I'm better than you!!

"Yeah right, let me try your board."

"Uh Ed's, Wait."

"Yeah?"

"I know this is off topic but.. Do uh..you like anyone?" He looked him in the eyes.

"N-no. I already said it."

He laughed, a little relived. "You stuttered."

"I don't."

"Then why'd Bev act like she knew? And she was trying to get you to say it."

"I wish you didn't notice this shit."

Richie crossed his arms, waiting for a better answer. "Okay Fine. I do, that's all you g-

"Who?"

Eddie looked into his eyes again, his pupils dilating. Showing indication of love. He looked down. "You don't need to know."

"Well, I'll find out eventually." He laughed and got back on his board.

"Oh well, do you?" Eddie chuckled.

"Maybe."

"Hey, I told you, you tell me."

"Fine, I do. Now end of conversation okay?"
