Chapter 24: Hike

"Richie he's gonna kick your ass."

"Shh you'll wake him!" He whispered yelled.

Eddie started to wake up, and before he could say anything he was thrown into the lake. "What the fuck?!!" Everyone started laughing, "It was Richie's idea." Stan pointed to him.

Eddie glared at him, and got out of the water. He started chasing him- "Ahh Bev help! The gremlin is chasing me!!" "Yeah, thats your problem!"

"Eddie cmon you have to admit, it was funny!!" He tripped and fell. Eddie laughed a little, and went up to him. "You're sure an asshole."

"Thank you, for that." He got up and wiped himself off. "Better go change." "Shut up." He went to the tent.

2 hours later

Everyone had decided to go for a hike for half the day. They packed bottles of water and some snacks, and just randomly followed a trail. Also passing some other campsites.

"God when can we go back? I'm exhausted." Eddie was dragging Richie down, by holding his hand.

"Cmon, I want to go all the way up to that hill." Mike pointed upwards, "the view will be amazing cmon!"

Everyone sighed and kept walking. "Not all of us are fit like you Mikey." Richie panted.

"Uh y-you guys have abs what are y-you talking a-about?" Bill raised an eyebrow.

"Just because we got em doesn't mean we still workout. People still get tired!" Richie said.

"Can we take a break at least?" Eddie begged.

"Yeah of course." He sat down.

Everyone sighed in relief, and took out their bottles of water and snacks. Richie just chugged the bottle, Eddie glaring at him the whole time.

"Did you seriously just drink the rest of our water?"

He looked at him, then spit some water back in the bottle. And offered it to him. Eddie just shook his head and walked away.
(We all know where this came from^^)

"Alright we need to get home by the end of the day. So, onwards and upwards!" Mike smiled. Everyone groaned and started walking with him.

20 minutes later

"I'm dying. Of thirst. Does anyone have water?" Eddie asked.

"What happened to yours?"

"Asshole drank it all." He pointed to Richie just standing there in sHaMe.

"Yeah here." Beverly grabbed the bottle out of her bag, and passed it to him.

"Thank you." He just started drinking it.

"Guys it's already 2:30, we should hurry!" Mike started walking again.

"W-we'll catch up!" Richie yelled to them. Then grabbing Eddie, making sure he stays. So they did that, everyone continued walked except for the two.

"Uhh why are we staying back?" Eddie said, confused.

"Just wanted to talk, alone. How late you gonna stay up tonight?"

"Well considering the distance we're walking, probably early."

"Oh, okay.."

"Why??" He raised an eyebrow.

"Nothin. Nothin." He laughed a little, "Are you still worried about Henry?"

"Kinda.. I'll be fine though."
