Rose's P.O.V

We made it to the room with the chandelier once again and waited to see a note or anything that could indicate Dante's departure.

There was nothing.

Mother didn't say anything through the intercom, which made my suspicion of her taking Dante greater.

"He will be safe" Enrique said, taking a seat at the table with the now cold food.

"Not with mama he won't" I mumbled taking the seat next to him.

We stayed in silence for a few minutes before I spoke up.

"Do you think there is a kitchen here?" I asked, with a small hope that mother may reply instead of Enrique.

"Probably not" Enrique said taking an apple from the fruit bowl.

I sighed and slammed my head onto the table. This was getting boring. Real boring.

"I need alcohol" he said after a while of silence.

"Well I can't squeeze it out of myself can I Mr King" I mocked as I looked up at his grim face that looked at me with absolute disgust.

"I would never want something squeezed out of you, Rose, that is plain disgusting" He replies, every word laced with distaste.

"Wouldn't mind it from your other girls though" I whispered, laughing at how funny I am. I really crack myself up.

"I heard that" he said standing up, walking towards me.

"Yes I am aware, that is the reason why I said it" I said looking up at him.

You know what? If I am going to be stuck in this poophole I could make the most out of it. Looking up at my husband who was now towering over me I gave him a big fat toothy smile.

"Are you missing your little escapades" I said, smiling at his stone cold face.

I honestly think he was made out of stone. Carved from a mountain. A mountain of stuck up, rude, poppycock stone. He didn't move nor did he say anything. Is he deaf?

I poked him in the ribs with my finger and wiggled my brows at him.

"Are you embarrassed to speak about it infront of your wife?" I said, refusing to remove the smile on my face.

It was quite fun annoying Enrique.

"Why do you look like that?" He said making me put my hand to my chest in offence.

"Excuse you, I am quite average looking for a women" I said looking down at the table, not wanting to face him.

How dare he?

I think I am quite beautiful. Well.

Moderately beautiful.

But still, I am not disgusting to look at, I mean ive not thrown up looking at myself in the mirror yet.

"I wasn't referring to that, I was speaking about how you look like an alpaca with that strange smile on your face" he said crossing his arms flexing his biceps.

Damn I get it dude, you lift.

"My smile is beautiful" I mumbled.

"Indeed?" He said bending down to my height, which he had to bend for a lot seen as though I was in a chair.

I moved closer to his face, our noses just a small inch away from touching.

"Indeed" I whispered staring deeply into his dark blue eyes that seemed like pools of cold, cold ice.
