Over at a hotel rooftop, music blasted throughout the city.
Artemis and Thalia walked up to the doors of the hotel.
"The door is enchanted so only gods can enter. If you truly are a demigod, you will be let inside."
Thalia watched Artemis enter through the doors. She took a deep breath as she approached them.
Grabbing the handle, she walked inside with Artemis slightly shocked.
"I guess you are the daughter of Zeus."
"Come on, let's head upstairs."
Inside the elevator, they entered the rooftop where it was full of gods and goddesses, all of them were socializing, dancing, or drinking.
Aphrodite noticed the two from across the roof.
She wore a black bodycon dress with one strap and black heels. A drink was held in one hand, probably wine.
"I see that you two could make it."
"Someone convinced me." Artemis motioned towards Thalia.
"I knew it, made sure she could hear our conversation."
"You're just so cunning aren't you."
"Beauty goes a long way, now let's get you a drink." She yanked Artemis towards the bar with Artemis worryingly looking over at Thalia.
"Zeus isn't here right?" She asked Aphrodite
"No, after the news was dropped on him, I don't think he wanted to party."
Left alone Thalia realized what she'd gotten herself into, a room full of powerful gods that don't know her at all and can do whatever they want.
Walking around, she tried to hide from others, until she ran into a god. He had brown hair that reached to his neck and wore the latest casual fashion and looked like he held a glass of liquor.
"I'm sorry." She apologized "no problem." he turned around
"Who are you, I've never seen you before. You have to be a god to be here, I never heard about a new god, or else this party would've been for you."
"I'm not actually a god, I'm a demigod. My name's Thalia."
"The names Dionysus, pleasure to meet you." He took a sip of his drink "So, who are you the daughter of?"
"Zeus."
"Wow Zeus, the big man, surprised he would have sex with a mortal at this time."
"Well, I'm here, so that explains it."
"Welcome to the life of luxury Thalia." He poured a glass of liquor.
"No thanks, I can't drink, I'm not twenty one."
"So, you're the daughter of Zeus, the rules don't apply to you." He insisted
Thalia took the drink and sipped it "I like it."
"So, does the big man know?"
"I mean, I am here."
"True." He spotted a few gods from the end of the room "Ate! Hermes! Come meet my new friend."
Ate approached first. She had auburn hair that reached to her neck and wore a fitted red cocktail dress with flats. Hermes had jet black hair wearing a simple navy shirt and ripped jeans.
"Meet Thalia, daughter of Zeus." Dionysus announced
"Wow, didn't think that this would happen." Are exclaims
"I mean, it's not unlike him anyways, he does this all the time. Not the daughters, the other stuff." He casually took a sip of a drink to avoid the conversation.
"So where are you living?"
"With Artemis."
"Smart choice, she's the most mature out of all of us I would say."
"How are you adjusting to the city?" Hermes asks
"Well, it's large, I've never actually been to a city before. I'm from a smaller town that none of you've heard of."
"Oh yeah, try me." Ate teases
"Glovesdale." Thalia answers
"I stand corrected." Ate answers
"Well, let's celebrate a new god to the party." Dionysus pours out four shots of vodka, one for each of them and passed them around.
One by one, they took a shot. Dionysus went first then placed his glass upside down on the counter. Ate went next and began to look a little tipsy with Hermes needing to place the glass upside down on the table for her. Hermes went afterward with no problem whatsoever. Thalia was next. In hesitation, she held the glass and was about to do it before stopping herself.
"Don't think, just do." Dionysus exclaims to her.
Thalia closed her eyes before taking the shot and almost slammed the glass upside down on the counter. The other three gods cheered her on with Ate almost falling down from drunkenness.
"Well, I better head back home before I do anything stupid." She exclaims
"Want a lift?" Hermes offers
"Not for me, I got it." Ate left the rooftop
"How about another round of shots for my friend Thalia." Dionysus exclaims with her smiling.

In the darkness of the city by an alleyway stood Persephone. She had orange hair and wore a midnight blue wrap dress with a blood red shawl. Scowling at hearing all of the ruckus of the rooftop party, it was chaos that she was never apart of.
"Persephone." A menacing voice called
"Ate, what are you doing here, I thought you were at Dionysus party."
"I thought you were going as well."
"Ever since I began living with Hades, people don't trust me."
"I thought he kidnapped you and forced you to be his wife."
"After a while, he starts to grow on you."
"Maybe because you live with Hades half the year."
"It's started to become more, but never mind that. Why are you here."
"I have some interesting news for you."
"What is it?"
"One who is part powerful and part normal walks among us."
"Ate, enough of your riddles, just tell me straight."
"You're no fun, let's just say one who is half of us walks among us."
"A demigod? Who?"
Ate was about to speak up when Persephone interrupted "And if you say one of your annoying ass riddles, I will break you."
"Fine, you know this is why nobody invited you to parties. Let's just say, the daughter of Zeus."
"Zeus, as in Zeus, Zeus."
"Yes."
"You're not telling me this because there isn't any reason that you are the goddess of mischief right."
"No, why would there be?"
"I just need to go to see somebody."
Ate smiled as she watched Persephone head down into the subway.
Down in the Underworld, Persephone rode down the river Styx, past Cerberus, where Hades was.
He had death black hair and wore a matching wrap shirt and pants.
"Persephone, you're back early." He gave her a kiss
"I have some interesting news from Ate."
"Why are you trusting the goddess of mischief."
"I'm not, but sometimes she tells the truth."
"So, what's the news?"
"Zeus has a daughter."
"So, he's has so many kids."
"This daughter is a demigod, and the other gods don't know about it. Something like this might hurt Zeus."
"I see your point, but what do we do with her?"
"Being a demigod, she can die, and we also have living proof that Zeus broke his vov."
"I see."
"Wait some time and then she'll be the key to Mount Olympus."
"We don't know if she actually is Zeus's daughter though."
"Don't worry, I can see him in her. She is the real deal."
"Where is she staying?"
"I don't know, but there are ways to find people and everywhere if you know the right person."
Persephone rushed over to a building in the underworld where a ball of light shone throughout the room with three elderly women standing around all wearing deep purple almost to where it looked black robes with black underneath.
They were the fates; Clotho, Lachesis, and Atopos. Clotho held a piece of rope with Lachesis about to cut it.
"And now." Atopos announced, with that Lachesis cut the rope, ending a mortal life.
"Glad to see you're all doing well." Persephone spoke
"What do you want?" Clotho asks
"I need information on a mortal, more of a demigod you should say."
"And who is this demigod that you speak of?" Lachesis asks
"I actually don't know the name?"
"Well, no name, no information." Atopos reminded "We don't work for free you know." She held out her hand to which Persephone put a drachma on top.
"We can't use this anymore you know." Atopos answers
"Well then, figure something else to use it for, I'll be back."
"It better be with a modern form of money." Lachesis yells as Persephone exited the room.
