Katsuki VS Izuku

Ignore the horrible writing in this chapter. I suck at writing action scenes. 😫 Hope you like this shitty chapter anyway though.

Izuku was paired with Ururaka against Bakugou and Iida for their first real training exercise, it was a hero vs villain exercise and Izuku and Ururaka were the hero's while Bakugou and Iida were posing as the villains.

The two hero's were trying to come up with a plan as they waited to go inside, but to be honest, Izuku wasn't the best at strategies, especially when he didn't know a whole lot about the person's quirk.

Despite this, they did manage to come up with something that might work, although it was solemnly based off of Bakugou's explosive personality and impatience.

As soon as the two got to the third floor, Bakugou came at them, explosions blasting in their faces just as they anticipated. Izuku threw up a wall of ice between them, giving Ururaka enough time to slip away to find where they were hiding the bomb while Izuku stayed behind.

Bakugou blasted through the ice after a few seconds and growled in annoyance when he realised Ururaka had slipped away. From here, Izuku proceeds to distract Bakugou to give Ururaka the time she needs.

Bakugou lunges at him, hands sparking with explosions and he darts around a corner, immediately being pursued by the other as he darts down the hallway. This goes on for a while, Izuku leading his opponent around in circles until Izuku decides Ururaka has had plenty of time. He contacts his teammate and asks if she's found the bomb yet.

"Yeah," she replies, whispering, "it's in the middle room on the fifth floor. I'll be waiting for you."

Izuku waits a minute or two before changing course as to not be too obvious. He makes his way up to the fourth floor eventually as starts to lead Bakugou, still screaming and letting off explosions at his back, around in random patterns until he finally stops right below where Ururaka said the bomb is.

"Ha!" Bakugou shouts, "what an idiot. What did you think running in here was going to accomplish? Now you're cornered." He lunges at Izuku again and Izuku uses his ice to vault himself up and over the other. When Izuku is directly above his head, Bakugou let's off an explosion directly at his chest. This sends Izuku crashing up through the ceiling and into the room where Iida and Ururaka are currently facing off against each other.

Izuku crashes to the floor a few feet away from them, rolling to the side with a groan, he tries to sit up, but gasps when it sends a stinging pain through his chest. This distracts Iida long enough for Ururaka to jump over him, grabbing onto the bomb.

A moment later, All Might declares that the hero team has won. Iida rushes over to Izuku, helping him up. "Are you alright?" the class resident square boy asks.

Izuku, who's vision is going black around the edges, shakes his head. He's wheezing and trying to breath around the pain in his chest. "I think I punctured a lung," He wheezes, clutching at his chest. The material of his hero costume feels too tight, like it's suffocating him.

"We need to get you to recovery girl," Ururaka says, moving to support Izuku from his left as Iida takes his right. The three make their way out of the building as quickly as they can without further injuring the green haired boy.

Later, Izuku is laying in a bed in recovery girls office after having just woken up. Iida is there to lecture him the second his eyes are open. "That was very dangerous! You could have been permanently injured! You shouldn't have done that!" the square man scolds a bit too loudly for Izuku, who tenses slightly.

"It was a necessary, calculated risk. Unfortunately, I'm not very good at math," Izuku states, frowning. He's really only half joking.

He hears a snort from the doorway and turns his head to see Shouto standing there. "I do kind of agree, that was probably the only way you could have won, but it was still stupid," he told Izuku, voice chastising.

"Okay, I get it," Izuku states, "I'm a stupid, reckless, idiot. Are we done? Can I go now?"

Shouto rolls his eyes and flicks Izuku in the forehead with a thwack.

I just wrote this entire chapter off the top of my head in like half an hour and didn't edit it, like at all, so sorry about any grammatical errors. I'm lazy.
