Where in the world is Carmen Sandiego?

A constant question the ACME Detective Agency asks as they constantly searches for the elusive thief.

Everywhere they go, they constantly try their best to get to where Carmen, or her henchmen, are located and arrest them. But even though she always eludes the detectives, at least the things Carmen stole is returned where it belonged.

And there is a LOT of stuff that she had stolen.

I'm talking stuff like castle turrets and clay soldiers for one gigantic game of chess!

Stealing Mark Twain's writing desk and Charles Dicken's inkwell to write her memoirs!

Even doing the impossible of stealing people's skill and talents!

If there was something bright and shiny, be it a diamond or a skill, Carmen was one to steal it. And even though the things she stole is returned, she can still claim that she stole it.

Now, even though she is the founder of V.I.L.E., she's not really a bad person, per se. Any detective in danger, be it sharks, a long fall, or lava, she won't leave them to die.

Maybe it's her past life as an ACME detective, or maybe it's her morals.

Hopefully the latter.

Either way, she may be a villain, but she's not heartless.

But now we come to one of Carmen's most recent heists.

You see, in her seemingly never ending quest to steal everything, there was one thing she has yet to steal.

That's right, virginity.

You'd think that one would be easy, however there was a problem of choice.

There was Zack! An ACME agent who is partnered with his sister, Ivy. But he's a bit too young and not really interested.

There's Cole Gannon! An ACME detective that didn't fall for the goose chase and tried to catch her. But he's more focused on catching her than the primal desires of lust.

And then there was one that really caught her attention.

You were on the scene of a current Carmen case, where she stole the Charging Bull from New York City.

Now a common Carmen characteristic is that she leaves clues behind for the smartest of detectives to find. These clues are left by her so the chase can begin.

Carmen enjoys a chase.

So you were there, on the scene of the crime, partnered with another ACME detective as the two of you scoped out the area where the bull was taken, as well as anything within a twenty foot radius.

"She had to have used one of her many copters to take the thing." You spoke as you looked at the crater where the bull was at. "The crater here isn't in a perfect shape, so she had to have ripped it out." You added.

"Well, that could narrow down the kind of helicopter she used." Your partner said. "What about the clue she leaves behind?" You glossed over the crime scene once again, looking around until you spotted something red beneath a rock. You walked over to the rock and lifted it up, seeing a piece of paper and a rose, the red thing you saw. The paper had Chinese kanji on it, reading out in a different way than how Americans usually read.

"A note." You said before you flashed it towards your partner.

"Let me see it." He said before he grabbed it, looking it over before slowly reading it off, as if he was translating the words in his head. "'Find me by the wall, where the rose holds true meaning.'" He read.
