Day 2
I wake up feeling a lot better than yesterday. I have lots planned today so I need to get a move on. I throw on jeans and a California jacket then head out the door. I don't bother to tell Ms.Farrar. Hope she doesn't mind. I drive to my school and go into the office.
"Hey Sierra. Welcome back." The office lady says smiling bright.
"Not back for long. I'd like to take a test to graduate early. And if I can't, then I want to drop out."
"Uhm okay, well here, you can take the test. Follow me."
The lady takes me to the computer lab and types up some random stuff. Before I know it, the test is up.
"Okay so this is on things from 9th grade through 12th. You have 3 hours to complete it. Once complete you will graduate in a month with everyone else."
"Okay sounds good."
I get to work on my test. God it's hard. But I'm ready for a better life. A new one on my own with Travis. He just needs to wake up now. This isn't as hard as I thought. I'll be done in no time.
3 hours later
*knock knock*
"Sierra, are you done?"
"Yes ma'm."
I submit my test and walk out to my car. I drive home blasting music. And then, I receive a call from the doctor.
"Hello, is this Sierra?"
"This is she."
"It looks as if Travis Farrar has awakened from a coma."
