There was only a week left before I left for Chamber Heights Equestrian Center. Granted I was excited I was also super nervous and a little upset that I didn't have a horse of my own and I would have to ride a school horse. Anyway, I had just finished packing up the rest of my stuff and was taking it out to the moving truck when my mom stopped me. She said that after I finished putting those in the truck that we could go get everything from the barn. Once I finished I meet my mom at her van and we headed to the barn. This would probably be the hardest part of moving my stuff. When I got there though Cassidy and Logan had all of my stuff packed up and waiting for me. They had just finished loading Cassidy's into Logan's truck. Cassidy asked if I wanted to come with them to arrange her stuff and possibly go for a ride. I said yes and I also asked my mom who said yes. So after we finished loading all my stuff and I said goodbye to Amber my mom headed to our house and I got into Logan's truck and we headed to Canter Creek Equestrian Center. About halfway there we had been pretty much completely quiet until Logan started talking.

Logan-"I can't believe you guys are just going to leave me all alone."

Cassidy-"You said you were okay with me going." "Aren't you...?"

Izz-"You also said you were okay with me leaving."

Logan- "Yeah I am ok with you guys leaving. I know that it is what you want and it makes you guys happy...then it means I'm happy for you." "We just won't be able to we hang out as much anymore and everything will be different."

Izz-"oh yeah I know."

It hurt me that he was hurt but I was ready for a new adventure and I know Cassidy was hurt, but it was also an opportunity that she couldn't pass up. Neither of us could. By the time we got to Canter Creek, we were all lost in thought and upset that everything was changing. We helped Cassidy get all of her stuff into her new cubby and locker set up, Then the owner asked if we all wanted to ride. We all said sure and Elle said that I could ride Latte, Logan could ride Cappuccino, and Cassidy could ride Stricker. Karley got there and said that she could ride with us.

We all said ok and she went and got her horse. He was a beautiful Palomino Dutch Warmblood gelding named Pastel. Once we were all ready to get our helmets on and bridled. Latte was a pure white thoroughbred gelding which is super rare to find and Stricker was a chestnut Dutch warmblood. We decided to take them out into the field. Halfway out there Karley and I could tell something was up with Logan and Cassidy so we suggested we split up into two groups.

Karley and me in one group and Cassidy and Logan in another, they both went along with the idea and we went our separate ways. Logan and Cassidy continued to walk into the field and Karley took me to the cross country course. Once we got to the cross country course we were completely warmed up and decided to jump. We started small and ended up jumping like two-nine jumps, well I did anyway Karley jumped three-six with her horse. We spent about an hour and a half jumping and trail riding. When we got back in Cassidy and Logan wasn't back yet. We didn't want to bother them so Elle let us take Carmel and Mocha out for a little stroll bareback.

They were both on the older side so they couldn't handle much work, but Elle said we could walk-trot them for about thirty minutes. We did, it wasn't that interesting all we did was walk, trotted some, and talked. When we got back in Logan and Cassidy were back in. They said that when they got to the back of the field Stricker started acting up so they kept him out there until he calmed down. After we finished untacking and brushing the horses, we made sure all of Cassidy's stuff was where it was supposed to be and checked to make sure our horses were cool then put them in there stalls to eat. We told Elle we put them up and all of Cassidy's stuff was up and we were going to head out.
