The Protectors

Part 8

Magnolia was walking through a dark alley when she came up on something that didn't scare anymore, she saw a dead body underneath a person who was eating the body. When the person turned to Magnolia, their red eyes flashed at her, making her concerned.

"I told you to lock yourself up in the shed, what if someone saw you, Vinnie?" Magnolia said as she looked at Vinnie who had blood all over himself from the guy he was feasting on. He was covered in hair all over his body, with sharp fangs and red glowing eyes staring right at Magnolia.

"Get dressed, you've got to get ready for Althea's big fashion show." She shouted throwing a bag down to the ground. She turned heading back to the limo just as Vinnie became human again.

Brooklyn sat up on her bed with a phone in her hand, she stole it from someone, she was debating on calling her mom to come get her so she could go to the fashion show with Althea because Brooklyn knows it's a big deal.

Hayden came into the room, glaring at Brooklyn, "We thought all of us agreed that stealing wasn't going to happen, especially high dollar items like that." Hayden gestured to the phone.

"Well, I think I'm gonna call my mom to go to her fashion show. We should all go. Plus we could get some good intel from it." Brooklyn told Hayden.

"Tell Danny and he can make that decision if he thinks all of us should go." Hayden suggested.

"Where is he then? He hasn't been around at all today." Brooklyn replies quickly, glaring at Hayden.

Danny was sitting in the chair next to his dad in the hospital who was asleep and very much alive. He made it through surgery and will make a full recovery according to Heather Jacobs, Malia's mom.

Claire came into the room not expecting to see Danny, so she mumbled a quiet, "Hello, sweetheart."

"Hey mom, I just talked to the nurse, she explained everything to me...I'll be going soon." Danny told his mom standing up, letting her take her spot.

"No, stay, your father would want you to be here." Claire quickly said, grabbing her son's arm.

"I want to show you something." Claire told Danny letting go of her son's arm. "Just let me." She reaches up placing her hands onto Danny's head, closing her eyes. After that Danny's eyes closed quickly without him wanting them to.

"Take us there." She mumbled before a flash of light went through both of their minds.

Ella stood up, looking down at Sora who was laying on his bed, and he hasn't gotten up since last night. He was going through a lot right now, losing his mom and dad, plus not really having a good shoulder to lean. Ella didn't know how to help her friend.

She turned around seeing Addie and Kira watching her. "What do you two want?" She asked confused.

"Oh, nothing, it's just apparently later tonight, we are going to Althea's fashion show. Brooklyn wants to try and rekindle her relationship with her mother or something." Addie explained to Ella who was confused even more.

Just then, Brooklyn came into the room with a big suitcase full of clothes. "Here is your dresses and suits everyone, pick what you want." She yelled and then went back to her room.

"I'm just going to kill our parents while they are distracted." Addie whispered where only Ella could hear while Kira added, "I'm definitely not going, I'll stay with Sora and Olive. They aren't going to feel up for any of that."
