5 Steps - Chapter 12

~ Imonii Pov ~

I was awaken by the roaring thunder. It was peaceful, but it was scary all at the same time. Call me what you want, but I'm scared of thunderstorms. I'm not scared of the way it looks, I'm just afraid of the sounds and how loud and intimidating they are.

I stayed tightly bundled up in my zebra print covers. But then I had to used the bathroom. Ugh !!!

I got out of my warm bed, slightly shivering when my toes touched the ground. I headed straight to the bathroom. Once I used the bathroom, I decided I might as well wash my hair because my scalp was itching meaning it as dry. I always wash my hair when my scalp starts to itch because I'm not with all that patting/beating my hair. Girls be beating they hair like they trying to knock the selves unconscious.

I washed my hair then my body ,then I stepped out the shower and wrapped a towel around my hair and one around my body. I decided that I was going to re twist my dreads. I didn't need to tape it, I just had to use beeswax cause my hair is naturally curly, but then I thought about how its raining outside and then it's going to get humid out there cause my hair to fluff up, and I'm going to have to re twist them against cause the beeswax won't harden in time. And ain't nobody got time for that. I will just let my hair dry,grease it, then plat my dreads up into a sections then into a bun.

I did just that,and picked out my clothes just to lay around in and some underclothes. ( outfit in m/m)

I payed back on my bed and turned the t.v. on Nellyville and watch that episode. I can tell this is going to be my new favorite show. I picked up my I saw my IPhone light up indicating I had a text message. I looked at it and it was an anonymous text from an unknown number. It read:

They didn't text back,Soo whatever. I reached over to my nightstand and pulled my IPad Air out ,and logged on IG and took a picture and captioned it " Lounging around type of day ". Then I went to through some posts until I spotted that August Alsina liked my picture. I start smiling all extra hard cause that's Bae, and he don't even know it yet. 😆
I was still scrolling through posts until I seen one that caught my eye yet again.( No it's not another pic of August) It was a picture of Jac holding a very adorable and beautiful little girl. The caption read " Can't wait to see my Stinka Butt ". Aww I didn't know he had a daughter. Aye was too cute although, she didn't look like Jac ,she must look like her mother. ( A/N If only Imoni knew)

Maybe I did overreact by hitting Jac when he kissed me. Besides, it was just a kiss.
I should call him but he might not answer.
Imma try anyway.

My phone was ringing.

I looked at the name.

" Monii Baby 😒"

I was debating with myself on whether I should answer or not.
I couldn't avoid that girl if I tried.😔

Me- Hello

Monii- Hey Jac, please don't hang up

Me- Mhm ,what do you want?

Monii- I wanted to meet with you if it's possible.

Me- Sure, where, and when

Monii- Oh Umm at Central Park ,( A/N ,It's made up), in about 10 minutes.

Me- Yea I'll be there ,Bye

Monii- Bye

I tossed the covers back, and got up and went into my closet to picked out some clothes. I had already taken a shower earlier today so I put on some True Religion Black jeans, a Grey hoodie, grey vans, a black and grey frozen roses SnapBack, and a black watch.

I scooped my keys, phone,and wallet up before I walked out the door. It looked gloomy because it was raining hard earlier,so I put an umbrella in the car just in case.

~ Imonii Pov ~

I hung up and when into my closet to pick out something. I'm glad all that rain had stopped,but the clouds were still dark. I picked out some White Emoji pants, a white undershirt, a teal long sleeve, and some White and Teal Air Force ones,white pearl earrings, and a white scarf. I grabbed my keys, gum, phone, and a big teal MK purse to put them in. I also grabbed a umbrella just in case.

--------------------------------------------10 minutes later ------------------------------------------

I pulled up to the park in my Rolls Royce.
I seen Jac on the swing with him back towards me.
I walked up towards him. And sat in the swing on the left of him. It was silent, but not an awkward silence,it was just us trying to get our words together. I decided to break the silence though.

Me- Que

Que- Yea

Me- I'm sorry

Que- Is that right

Me- Yea, but let me finish.I'm sorry I put my hands on you. I should have went about that a different way. Do you forgive me ? ( I puppy dog eyed him)

Que- Yea Mann I forgive you. 😏

Me- yay 😊 ,you wanna walk around the park. ( I asked him)

Que - Yea let's go.

It had been awhile since I updated, and he is a little something something. I haven't been updating because of school,and homework,and Band. So I tried to give yall a chapter. The next Chapter will be about their time at the park. And let's just say that their not alone. It might not make sense now,but it will later 😏😬. Thanks for the 3K Views. I also tried to change up my writing,and add more details. Tell me how you like this chapter. Sorry for any typos. Also, happy thanksgiving eve/ thanksgiving/ turkey day.
