I stood outside wearing a black dress that was a bit poofy on the bottom, along with some black heels. "How people can wear these I have no idea." I checked in with the restraunt a couple hours ahead of the meeting time. Formal wear only. Just great. Hope nobody I know is around. I then pulled out my phone to look at the time.
"Were you waiting long?" A sweet voice broke me from my phone as I looked up and saw Weiss standing in a skin tight dress. It was a bit sparkly. Her hair was down with a clip in the back. I gulped speaking up. "Not at all. Shall we eat?" I gestured to the door smiling. My eyes followed the dress taking in every curve it sculpted. I felt a chill go down my spine when I finished looking at her.
She gave a slight nod walking toward the doors. I opened one holding it for her. As she walked in my eyes trailed down to her picture perfect butt. I smiled big on the inside as I followed her in. I had to. You don't see someone as gorgeous as her everyday. The waiter took us to our seats. As we sat down I tried starting the date off with a compliment. "You look very lovely tonight." She glanced over at me then took a sip of her drink. "Thank you."
It was an awkward silence after that. I tried starting a topic but before I could say anything else she cut in. "Ruby Rose. The Crescent Rose wielder. One of the few assassins to fear. The only jobs she takes are ones that people request." My eyes widened. How did she... She looked straight at me. "I do my research." She replied as if she read my mind.
My shocked expression turned serious. "I was hoping to keep you around a little longer. But, now that you know who I am..." We went silent as our food was being served. The second we were alone again she spoke up. "I will fight back. I refuse to die until I make things right with my family name." Family name... I couldn't help but laugh a little. "Tell you what. As a final request I'll help with that." She instantly glared at me. "This is my burden to carry."
Ok. I'm hooked. I can't kill this girl. I must have her. "I'm not gonna kill you." The glare turned into a confusion mixed with shock. "Why the sudden change of heart?" I took a bite of my mashed potatoes before answering. "Why you ask?" She continued to look at me as a mischievous smile grew on my face. "Because, of your responses tonight I have grown quite fond of you." I stood up from my chair leaning over the table until our faces were inches apart. I spoke in a serious and slightly hoarse tone. "I will have you."
