Okay so this on is just in general it doesn't matter what type of skin you haveI use this just once or twice every month, depending on how stressful it's been cuz I use this for relaxation, like on a Friday or Saturday night, kicking back with a bowl of ice cream
You'll need
2tbsp of oatmeal
1 tbsp of honey
1tbsp of milkSame routine, mix, spread but this time you just leave it on for 10 minutes then rinse
Again it's very relaxing, like for a sleepover or when your stressed with work or school or whatever you have going on
