Okay so this on is just in general it doesn't matter what type of skin you have

I use this just once or twice every month, depending on how stressful it's been cuz I use this for relaxation, like on a Friday or Saturday night, kicking back with a bowl of ice cream

You'll need

2tbsp of oatmeal
1 tbsp of honey
1tbsp of milk

Same routine, mix, spread but this time you just leave it on for 10 minutes then rinse

Again it's very relaxing, like for a sleepover or when your stressed with work or school or whatever you have going on
