Hey this may or may not be helpful but it works for me so just thought I'd give it a shotJust replay kind of like the things that went on in your day then while your thinking you won't even notice that your already falling asleep
Wear comfy clothes and be comfortable
Listen to music, for sleeping I suggest soft music but if that's not your type that's fine, like me I like rock and pop so I listen to those but just on a low level and make sure to put a timer cuz you probably don't want your batteries to die over night
Drink warm milk, it's soothes you avoid drinking cold milk cuz it actually wakes you up
Sleep on your right side, helps a lot I just don't know why but it works
And last but not least the old school way, kind of retro, but counting Sherpa and if you don't like Sherpa count something.
In my opinion counting sheets is kind of boring, it just bores me to sleep doesn't always work sometimes I just get so annoyed
