Believe it or not some foods actually help with belly fat. I found a website that gave a list of all of these wonderful foods. Some of them I know really does work.
One of the ones I've heard alot about is unrefined organic coconut oil.
It's said to be great for visceral fat ( belly fat ) .Replace butter with coconut oil. It's said that only 2 table spoons a day is needed. Another great way to eat it is to pop organic popcorn with it but I'm sure it would work just fine if the popcorn wasn't organic.
Apparently it helps with a wide range of things. Even with teeth. Yeah that's crazy but supposedly true.
If your using coconut oil it could be a great addition to your healthier eating and exercise.
OK folks I have home work for you to do. Don't take everything at face value do some digging around Google it. See for yourself what it can do.
I've found that coconut oil doesn't have an over powering taste like I thought it would. It's easy to find some grocery stores carry it but I purchased mine from Walmart for under 7 dollars. The container isn't very big but you don't need much of it.
If you use a calories counter be sure to add the calories from the coconut oil. They do add up
Coconut is good for losing inches off your waist.
