The scales can bring fear to some and smiles to others. Sometimes It's the very thing that makes you just feel like quitting. You see your clothes are loser or in some cases filling out but when you step on the scale it says the opposite. Honestly the scale can be a bad thing. Sometimes you gain muscle so it may appear on the scale you have gained when in reality you have made changes that not only make you look better but makes you feel better. For those gaining weight the scales may work differently for you, instead of going up it may go down. Sometimes you have to remember that our weight fluctuates depending on water gain & water loss, time of day you weigh yourself and what you wear during a weigh in. If you want to keep using the scale pick a specific day and try not to weigh yourself every day, once a week or every two weeks should do nicely. Try to weigh your self 30 mins after you wake up and used the bathroom and before you eat. Weighing nude could make a difference. If scales are just not for you then I suggest the old faithful measuring yourself. Sometimes you don't lose pounds but instead lose inches. Who doesn't want a slimmer waist. It can also work for gaining weight measure your body and see if your hips, thighs or butt has gotten bigger. It feels good to see those squats and lunges paying off.
Well now your all set girl friend lol (snaps fingers)
