I haven't told much about myself as promised or posted pictures either. I haven't forgotten and all will be added slowly. First things first I'm 23 and a mother of a 3 year old daughter. I started this book because this is what I want for myself and I wanted others to be able to achieve their goals. I constantly research the things I do and post. I try everything I tell you to. I want to make sure it all works and is doable. My body is more of an hourglasss shape. But it's not really in shape even though it's getting better and looking better everyday. But I'm not quite there yet but with hard Work and determination I will be. So far I've lost 40lbs and my body looks a lot better. I've noticed that my buns look more rounded and fuller. I looked up all the various muscles in the booty and what each one did and what they would look like if worked properly. Next chapter I will be showing a list of those workouts and naming the muscles that each workout works. Also I will be posting before and after pics in November since it's my birthday month. I have had a lot of ups and downs on this quest to have a video vixen body. I may do some chapters in diary style but Im not sure. This isn't only a guide to lose weight but also a means to gain and maintain. It's just as difficult for some to gain it as it is for others to lose it. I've spent sometime looking into this as well and I know some people who were able to gain weight dispite their high metabolism. Its not easy but it can be done. Maintaining is probably the easiest of the three but in no ways is it exactly easy. It's a stage you want to reach and the stage that determines if you have worked hard for something or for nothing at all. Nothing sucks more than working your butt off and gaining or losing it all back in a short time period. So eventually we will get into the maintenance stage.
