"Stop it! Leave it alone, please!", was all that was heard within the depths of the woods. Scorpion tried to pull himself away, but Arachnid kept him in place as he feasted on a fawn. Scorpion whipped his tail away, looking at the fawn in horror. The fawn was still breathing, bite marks and blood covering its entire body. The fawn's abdomen had been torn open, its intestines and primary organs leaking out. The fawn breathed at a slow rate, its half glossed eyes looking at him. Scorpion's eyes watered at the sight, nausea enveloping his stomach. However, their little interaction was cut short by Arachnid whipping himself back around and snarling at Scorpion before ripping out the fawn's throat, the spinal cord following along and plummeting towards a nearby tree, its remnants scattering. Scorpion yelled in shock, his ears folding back. Arachnid mentally rolled his eyes, the hook creeping out of Scorpion's tail tip as he forced Scorpion to look at the lifeless fawn in front of him.
"I saved the rest for you. Now, hurry up and eat. You can't fool me. I know you're also hungry. This dastardly curse also allows me to track your hunger, so you can't pretend to eat. I'd recommend eating right away or else you want me to make you eat?" Arachnid stated coldly, his tail changing form as his canines bared. Scorpion shook his head rapidly, his nerves causing for the nausea to hit, his face scrunching as he regurgitated, his fur bristling and back rippling as his stomach acid escaped him. Scorpion coughed, his nose flaring as it burned from a bit of the vomit trailing out of his nose. Arachnid watched, his tail scrunching a bit in disgust, shaking itself. Scorpion soon finished pouring out his insides, his eyes twitching.
Out in the distance, calls from nearby deer were heard. It appeared as if the fawn's herd had noticed the fawn missing, so they had gone out to look. Scorpion looked up weakly at the appearing silhouettes, a strand of saliva escaping his mouth. What was happening? Was his hunger truly getting the best of him? Would he have to make more deer perish?
No! Scorpion thought, shaking his head rapidly. He backed away from the herd, attempting to run, but Arachnid tripped him in the process, snarling.
"You must. I don't care what form of sentimentality you have, but you are a bloody wolf for crying out loud. Meat is what'll make you survive. Be a pacifist all you want, but it'll make you grow weaker and weaker every second. You have two options, you can either hunt those deer yourself or I will." Arachnid growled, a faint silhouette of his two pairs of eyes being seen from his tail and burning through Scorpion's soul. Scorpion trembled in fear, shaking his head again.
"I- I can't. Please don't make me do this." Scorpion whimpered, his body trembling even more. Arachnid sighed heavily, his tail drooping a bit.
"You leave me no choice then." Arachnid simply stated, Scorpion yelling in regret as Arachnid pierced himself through Scorpion, his skin tearing and barely missing his heart as his tail stuck out from his back. Scorpion was stunned, his breathing cutting short as he struggled to breathe. Purple rays flowed through him, appearing to be veins pulsating out from him. Scorpion began to float, gagging, as he closed his eyes, his body eventually falling. Arachnid drew himself out of Scorpion, Scorpion standing up. Scorpion opened his eyes, two pairs of red and blue eyes appearing as they closed in together, blending to make Scorpion's purple eyes as his pupils turned into slits. "Scorpion" ran at an extreme speed, his snarl as powerful as a lion, not suiting such a small pup for him. The herd stunned, quickly running for their lives. However, "Scorpion" was much quicker than them, lunging himself at one of the stragglers.
All that was seen was his long canines piercing through the neck of the doe, the doe letting out a cry of agony. Unfortunately, the deer abandoned the doe, rather wanting to save their own skin than taking a risk. "Scorpion" pinned the doe down, his long nails cutting the flesh of the doe like paper. The doe tried to kick him off of her, but surprisingly he had a vicious grip on the doe. "Scorpion" snarled, staring at the doe.
