Riza the ceo of Ilm Institution seated on her office and doing her routine work intently...
She took few minutes break on her busy schedule and odered coffee through intercom...
Sana knocked her office waited patiently
"Yes Sana come in"
Riza answered her.
"Mam few of parents wanted to meet you now to know more about the process and terms and condition from you as they're high profile businessmen and their wives...so they wanted assurance from you Mam..
Sana told her...
"Keep them on waiting room I just wanted to relax few minutes, I'll be there..."
Peon knock on the door and bring her coffee and kept on the table and leave the office..
"Have coffee Sana ?"
She asked her.
"No thanks Mam....you enjoy"
"Ok Sana, how's your ammi doing?"
She asked about Sana's mother as she suffered heart problem during sipping the coffee.
"Alhamdulillah, she's doing fine Mam"
"Alhadulillah"
After drinking her coffee she stand up and screen lock her laptop and moved to meeting room along with Sana.
"Sorry for the delay gentlemen and ladies"
She said while taking her seat the high profile businessmen...
"No problem Mam"
One of the person told her...
"Sana please provide snacks..."
She odered sana..and Sana nod her..
"Ok gentlemen, how may I help you ?"
"Mam we just wanted assurance from you that our kids or toddler how's safe as you run CBSE school as well ?"
One of the man question her.
"Okey Mr.?"
She paused a moment
"Mr.Kafeel"
The man answered her.
"So Mr.Kafeel as you see that this Institution is under cctv surviellance so there is zero chance of unsafety...
Each and every classroom is installed a camera, if you wish I'll show you control room."
She waited for their reply but noby open their mouth regarding this matter...
"Okey any other questions...?"
Meanwhile provide snacks items to everyone in the meeting but Riza declined to have had snacks.
"I've had a question Mam ?"
A handsome man rise his voice.
She nod to carry on
"As you said earlier that each every kid was received utmost attention, so I wanted to know how ?
And I'm Mr. Wadood ahmed Afandi"
The man asked her.
"This is because Mr. Wadood Ahmed we enured that 10 toddlers and a care taker with a midwife along with toddlers play station and other toys kept for toddler only...
Any other questions ?"
She raised her eyebrows on them.
Again Mr. Wadood rise his hand...
"Is my two years old daughter will be safe ?"
"Offcourse Mr. Wadood she'll be safe and not only her but also my other client's kids will be safe Insha Allah."
"Anybody have doubts ?"
"Okey now I want to clear one thing to each one of you that This I mean Ilm Institution is not only the safest place for your toddlers but also award winning institution across the country, we started Ilm Institution almost 15 years ago by my father at that there's no babycare centre all over the country and 3 years ago this institution was hand over to me by my father Mohammed Ahmed so this is a trust worthy institution and now I hope no more querries regarding this matter.
And also I you all have a tour of my institution with including control room."
"After all this tour your not satisfied then your money refunded, though we're not refund to anyone its against our terms and condition."
Everyone is glancing each other as they communicate themselves and after few minutes Mr. Kafeel clear his throat and said yes to have a tour..
She nod and lead the parents group of 10 people with her along with Sana...
Babycare centre and Ilm CBSE school was located on two different blocks. From front gate the two shining blocks looks beautifully and seprate Admin block. Whereas the entrence is one but this intitution have been 4 seprate gates in case of any emergency.
Babycare centre is beautifully architect very well it's the combination of pink and blue with cartoon drawn on the wall and its timing was 10:00 a.m to 3:00 p.m in between if any parents or guardian wanted to pick up their kid they must inform to the front office and sign a register and bring back their kids. Every class room is installed a camera.
Whereas the CBSE block was coloured with Green and White combination and its also fully a/c and camera installed with abacus facility and other necessary items where there.
There were a huge play ground for CBSE SCOOL
The Cbse school timing was 8:30 a.m to 4:30 p.m.
Bus facility for distant students.
The school accepts all types of credit and debit card and cheque and cash....
After giving tour of the institution Riza bring them to the control room and they saw that three men monitoring each and every class room varanda front gate, back side gates etc...
They impressed with the facility that provide this institution.
So they all were back to the meeting room.
"We all are impressed with the infrastructure of the institution and also other facility of the scool I hope my other friends will agree with me." Mr Kafeel said and agreed with but Mr. Wadood just smile on him.
This was seen by Riza and she frown on his smile but not comment on it.
Afterwards the prospectus and application distributed to them and they immediately filled and signed on it and handover to Sana..
So Riza greet her best wishes to them way back to her office, on the way to her office she hear foot steps she turned back and saw Mr. Wadood behind her.
"I wanted to tell you something"
He told her with a warm smile on his face.
