After many long and torturous hours aboard Jin's van, they finally arrived at Yoongi's house.
"How long is it going to take before you drop everyone off?" Yoongi asked, and Jin hummed thoughtfully. "I dunno, since Tae and Jungkooks dorms are across the city."
"Then do you want to come in?" Jin arches his brows in surprise at Yoongi questions. "You serious? Or you just shorting with me." Yoongi scowled at him. "One time chance."
"Okay okay fine." Jin turned off the engines and took the key out. He turned around in his seat to look at the seats behind him. "Get out, we're staying at Yoongi's house for today."
"Why?" Jungkook asked, and Jin glared at him. "Just do it, or do you want to stay in your smelly dorm?" At his threat, Taehyung and Jungkook were the first to scramble out of the van, followed by Hoseok, and Jimin.
Dragging the luggage down the long path leading to the house, Yoongi took out his house key to open the doors.
After throwing their luggage in the guest rooms, they gathered in the kitchen to help Jin with the cooking, while they took turns changing and showering.
"I wanna go first!"
"Shut up Jungkook! Oldest first!" Hoseok shouted, pushing Jungkooks face away from him as they fought over who went into the shower first.
"Guys!" Yoongi snapped. "There's four bathrooms in this house, now stop fighting!"
"But this one is nicer than the other ones!"
"Why does that matter?!" Yoongi shouted. "You're only showering! Unless you're doing something else-," Yoongi pauses and narrowed his eyes at the two. "Don't tell me you're doing something else in there. Jungkook might just want it because he's a kid, and kids are fucking immature, but you, Seok. What are you going to do in the bathroom?"
Hoseok laughed nervously and scuttled off towards the other bathroom. Yoongi turned to Jungkook and made a shooing motion with his hands before going back to the kitchen.
Jimin and Jin were in the kitchen, talking animatedly with each other. Yoongi ignored them and walked past to rummage in the cupboard for snacks.
"Hey Yoongi," Jin called, and Yoongi turned around in the middle of stuffing chips into his mouth. "Whot?" Jin smirked.
"Jimin told me you two kissed on top of the Ferris wheel when we went to the boardwalk."
Yoongi froze and his eyes flickered to where Jimin was standing, cheeks red and nervous.
"So is it true?" Jin asked, and Yoongi swallowed his chips. "Sorry if you wanted to keep it quiet," Jimin mumbled, "but Jin was asking so.."
"It's okay," Yoongi said and turned to Jin. "Dont look at me like that, like we got married or something." Jin shrugged and went back to his cooking.
Yoongi turned to Jimin who was fidgeting. "I understand if you wanted to keep it quiet, is it because you didn't like it?" Yoongi sighed at Jimin's unusual behaviour. "No, it's just... forget it, you didn't do anything wrong, I'm being stupid."
Jimin still stood there shyly, and when Yoongi went to the living room to watch TV, he followed, laying his head down on Yoongi's shoulders. "I-I really like y-you Yoongi," Jimin confessed, and Yoongi reeled back in shock, not really registering Jimin's words in his brain. The confession came on way too suddenly, that Yoongi's pea sized brain couldn't comprehend it. "O-oh," is all he can say, and he swears his face is burning, so hot that maybe Jimin can feel it radiating off his face.
"I thought my little kiss on your cheek back at the Ferris wheel was enough but it was like nothing changed." Jimin complained, and Yoongi feels the butterflies in his stomach going wild. "I-I'll do better." Yoongi coughed, and Jimin smiled softly at him.
"I'll be waiting."
