Jade's POV

Andrea explained to me the men that stole the flower or more know as a Middlemist camellia. It's said to only been twice in the world. Its a light pink flower and almost looks rose like. Even though only a petal was needed the mission was to retrieve the flower so no one else could use it to harm anyone.

"Andrea" I called out

"Yeah?"

"When are we going?"

"In a minute, we can't go unarmed."

"Are these guys really bad?"

She walked out the room with a bag filled with various weapons and replied, "Yeah really bad. They don't care who it is they will kill anyone and everyone in there path and since we are about to walk in the cross section of it we must be armed."

She unzipped the bag and layed out about a million knifes, guns and anything that could kill someone.

"Am I really gonna have to use these? I don't think I can kill someone."

"Most likely if you stand near me you won't have to."

"Ok but this is in case?"

"Yeah so I'll get you something easy."

She fumbled in the bag and pulled out a gun. Then began to tell me what it was called ," This is a NAA .22 LR"

"A what?"

" A 22 Long Riffle. It's easy to shoot and light and small enough."

She placed it in my hands. I started to sweat nervous.

"It will be ok I'll teach you."

"Ok."

After about two hours of learning how to shoot in her back yard she said I was ready. It was late at night already so we decided to go and sleep and tomorrow we would go and reclaim the flower.

She tucked me into her guest room bed. Something I haven't had done to me since I was small. It reminded me of be small no worrying about anything.

I had remembered a time when I had closed my eyes as a baby pretending to be asleep in my dad's arms. He swayed me and forth until I felt myself being lied down in a bed.

I opened my eyes and saw both of them standing where I was. I remember being tucked in. I don't recall from who but I was tucked in. They kissed and then left me to sleep closing the door.
I wish it could be like that again.
