I met you

and you helped me out

of the quicksand of loneliness

I was drowning into.

Our relationship

was called friendship

later on it

grew to best friends.

The next step

was not an affair

But still

we love each other.

Because you were straight

and so was I

and I was a girl and

unfortunately you too.
