Chapter 15
Chasity's POV
I knocked on the door lightly 3 times, before wrapping my hand around the knob and opening it. I then stepped into the office to see my boss sitting at his desk, typing away on his computer with a deep frown on his face.
I cleared my throat "Uh Mr Carter, your 2:00 meeting on Monday has been canceled like you asked. Also I sent all the emails to the ambassadors for conformation to the orientation on Tuesday. Meagan the Stallion's manager said that she agreed to be on the cover of next month's issue so I scheduled her photo shoot for Thursday morning at 10:00am. Oh! And your wife called and left a message... 'See you in court bitch. You ain't shit'. Her words not mine. Also I'm headed out for my lunch break in 20 minutes would you like for me to bring you back a coffee?" I stated quickly in one breath, hoping that I didn't leave any important information out.
Mr Carter slid his glasses onto the top of his forehead, before he began rubbing his eyes with his index finger and thumb as he let out a groan. He looks stressed the hell out.
He sighed "I swear that witch is going to try and take me for everything I have" he mumbled angrily "But anyway, good work Chasity. I don't know what I would do without you. Go ahead and take your break now, I don't have anything else for you to do at the moment. And as for coffee, bring me back a Grande Caramel Macchiato from Starbucks please" he said before turning his attention back to the computer on his desk. Ugh, Grande. Why can't he said just Large like everyone else.
I smiled "Okay sir" I said politely before turning on my heel and exiting out his office, shutting the door softly behind me.
I walked up to my desk and clocked out for my break on the computer, before grabbing my purse and phone and exiting out through the glass door. I walked down the hall and I pressed for the elevator when suddenly my phone 'pinged' in my hand, making me glance down at it...

I couldn't help but grin at my phone before I sent Ty a quick text telling him that I'm coming downstairs now. The elevator doors opened and I quickly stepped inside and pressed Lobby.
So, me and Tyron have been 'friends with benefits' for about 3 months now. On weekdays we're both very busy. Between work and school for me, and Ty running the restaurant plus him taking care of Sierra, the only time we get together are on my lunch breaks and our little late night FaceTimes after he gets home. Now weekends are a whole different ball game though. We go to museums, parks, zoos, and even carnivals with Sierra and it's so much fun. It's almost like we're a little family. And some weekends Ty's older sister Taylor takes Sierra and we'll have the weekend to ourselves. We be going to clubs, lounges, you name it. Or sometimes we'll just sit home and 'Netflix and Chill' if you know what I mean.
