This is my first chapter story in a long time. Be kind. Any feedback on my writing is appreciated along with any comments about the story it's self. I don't own SOTUS. This is just an AU coming from my imagination using the characters.
"By using this formula, you will easily find the answer for x." A bright smile shined from the senior. "Memorize this formula along with the other ones that I explained throughout the week. Trust me, they will come out on your exam. Well, this should be it for today. We'll stop here."
The second-year students nodded their heads, finally understanding their statistics homework. They rushed to get their stuff and get the hell out of dodge. Arthit beamed at his small group of students. No one had wanted to take on the task of tutoring them since it was very well known that they were all troublemakers and leaders of their own little "gangs". There was a constant fear that they would kill each other for simply breathing in the same air. Arthit, himself, was terrified when his homeroom teacher pulled him aside to discuss the proposal to do the mandatory tutoring.
Arthit was a quiet senior who mostly kept to himself. He did not need more attention to himself than he already has had. Being the only openly gay student in his class was bad enough. He was forced out of the closet which made him terrified about the people he went to school with. These guys were younger, but each had their reputations of being merciless. Cruelty was their middle names, especially when someone messed with any of their own. Arthit feared that the hell he suffered in his first year would be repeated when these five juniors learned about his sexual orientation.
That fear was put to rest after a month into the tutoring. There were obviously some roadblocks; someone not showing up, one trying to fight another for a stolen girlfriend, one hurting the other's sister in the past, and so on. Mostly, they were just surprised that Arthit lasted so long and persisted on making them pass. All the others gave up within the first week. They never even mentioned if they new about their senior's sexual preference. If anything, they admired that he had the balls to keep coming to tutor them and actually looked for each one when they attempted to play hooky.
"P' will these tutoring sessions end after or before the next exam?" Phana asked, pausing at the door. The others paused and stared at Arthit. They were getting used to meeting with the senior every other day.
"I was told that I would no longer need to do this about two weeks before the exams. I need to study for my own. This is my last year after all."
A certain junior froze at hearing those words. They prompt him to move slower and decide to put his plan into action starting today. Exams were only a month away. That means he was only going to see his sunshine for two more weeks than the shorter man would move on with his life.
"I'll see you next week. Enjoy your weekend. Bye bye, Nong Pha, Nong Forth, Nong Earth, Nong Noh, Nong Kongpob." Arthit turned away to erase the equations and terms from the dry erase board.
The senior frowned at the board. He could feel a heavy gaze on his back to the point that sent chills down his spine. He could see a figure from the corner of his eye.
"Oh, Nong Kongpob! You scared me!" Arthit gripped his chest, when he saw that the junior was still standing there. He let out a slow breathe to try and calm himself down.
