I'm on my break time from school but work is very much in the way for me to write comfortably at home. Forgive any mistakes, all this is done using my phone.
Kongpob glared at everyone in the room. Like usual, everything was being blamed on Earth and himself. They were the ones with the reputations after all.
"That's it for you two!" The dean's face was red with anger towards them.
Earth and Kongpob bit the inside of their cheeks. Those three little weasels were whining about being innocent. Nothing but lowly worms.
A soft knock interrupted anything new from being said. Arthit peeked in, wide eyes looked at the adults in the room. Teachers immediately softened their features at the sight of their number one student.
"Nong Arthit? Is there something you needed? Right now is not the right time." The dean looked at his nephew. That's right, Arthit was nephew of the dean. The young man's mother was the scary adult's little sister.
"I'm sorry to interrupt but..." Arthit crept in, greeting everyone. "Khun, please don't yell at Kongpob and Nong Earth. They didn't do anything. They were helping me. They- they were- they were making fun of me again. Kong saw them and told them to stop."
His uncle raised his eyebrows when hearing that the #1 Troublemaker helped his nephew. Arthit looked down at his shoes, not being able to stand his uncle's stare. Mature eyes squinted into a glare when he saw the red love bites scattered on the pale young man. "And why would they have been making fun of you? Why would Nong Kongpob help?"
"Ahh..." Arthit had no idea how to respond to those questions.
"He's my boyfriend."
Arthit nearly got whiplash hearing those words come from Kongpob.
"Is that true?"
"Mm" Arthit's ears turned red from blushing. "Kong heard them saying some... rude things about me. He got upset."
"I don't like others touching him. They pushed him and threw his stuff on the ground. I'm not just going to stand there and watch that happen. He's mine. If I can't protect and defend him than how can I call myself his. I'm pretty sure they're the cause of his bruises too."
Arthit grabbed the junior's hand and in an angry whisper said his name. "Kongpob..."
"Don't think I forgot. I don't believe you when you say you fell. There is no fucking way that a simple fall caused that big of a bruise."
The Dean's eyes squinted in anger. Someone actually dared to hurt his flesh and blood. "Bruises?"
The trio of bullies, quivered at the mention of the injury. Eyes scurried in every direction, as if trying to find a way out.
Arthit bit his lip, tears wanting to fall from the position he was being put into. He never wanted to bring up what was going on to him.
"Arthit... we will talk about this when you can. For now, I believe I owe you two boys an apology. I'm sorry. Thank you for standing up for your classmate. As for you three, you are all suspended until further notice. An investigation will be done about these injuries brought up."
Earth finally spoke up, "Any of us would help P'Arthit. He's our friend, not just our tutor. Shit, we haven't been expelled or thought about dropping out 'cause of him. He's the only one that believes in us."
Arthit smiled up at his nong. This was one of the few times he felt like he was actually helping them in some way.
Everyone slowly made their way out now that the whole commotion ended.
"Arthit, stay behind for a few minutes. You too, Nong Kongpob."
Arthit cursed the heavens above when he heard his uncle stop them. He just couldn't catch a break. "Yes, uncle?"
"Uncle?" Kongpob questioned with astonishment. He had no idea the dean was his sunshine's family. 'Fuck... and I just called his nephew my boyfriend. Fuck. Fuck. Fuck.' Kongpob kept cursing himself mentally.
"Is he really your boyfriend?"
Arthit knew he couldn't say the truth without making things even more awkward. "Mm..."
"Is he forcing you?"
"I would never force P'Arthit to do anything. I like him very much." Kongpob squared up and spoke clearly.
"Arthit?" The older man ignored the youngest.
"No, Uncle. I like him, too." Arthit lied with a smile.
Kongpob was in the clouds after hearing those words come out of his sunshine's mouth. The tan male reached to intertwine his fingers with those of the trembling senior. "Please, support us. I will not let anything happen to him. I will treasure him."
Silence filled the room for what seemed like an eternity rather than just a couple seconds.
"You are not worthy of being his partner."
Kongpob's heart dropped.
"But... you did protect him. I have seen that you have been doing better in your classes. Prove to me that you are worthy of being his partner. Only after you do that will I approve this relationship. Arthit... you do not have your father so I will be doing this in his place. Show me that he is the man for you. Only than will I give my blessing."
Kongpob grinned at the older man. His hand gripped tighter on to Arthit's. "Yes, sir. I will get your blessing."
Arthit simply nodded his head, not yet believing what his uncle said. He held on tight to the tan hand, dragging him towards the door. The next thing he heard made him blush so hard steam could have escaped him.
"And please don't leave so many marks where the eye can see next time. Arthit still has college interviews to do soon, after all."
