While most people are home for this troubling time and with all these curfews going around, I'm still working and getting in trouble for breaking curfews in multiple cities cuz of work. I'm one of the "luck" ones that still has to go to work for a couple hours at night.
I'm sorry for taking long for this update. I've just been too tired. I hope you like it and that you could forgive me for any mistakes. I wrote this little by little when I would get a chance.
Kongpob gave the others a weary glance.
Did he like them? No.
Did he hate them? No.
Did he tolerate and respect them in a way? Yes.
If you had asked him that last question in the beginning of the year he would have most likely told you off. Now the answer to that question changed because of a certain senior that tutored them all.
"So what did you want, Kongpob?" Earth was the first to speak.
"P'Arthit is being bullied."
"P'Arthit? Who the fuck would mess with him?" Noh wore a dark frown crushing the empty aluminum can in his hand. He was annoyed as it was that these asshole are taking up his class secretary stalking time *cough* correction his lunch time.
Pha spoke up, "That's because he's gay. I was told when P'Arthit began to tutor us to be careful 'cause could hit on us."
They all began to protest, each of their postures showed signs of wanting to fight whoever said that about their little tutor (nevermind that he was only about two inches shorter than them).
"I beat the crap out of him." Pha added as an after thought.
Nods of approval came from the others. Phana could look like a rich pansy sometimes but the guy could fight and had a strict set of rules. That was one thing they shared in common.
They never messed with anyone on purpose or just 'cause. The only ones they went for were those that came at them first or decided to mess with one of their own.
In this situation, they're messing with their little senior.
Their sweet angel.
Big mistake.
"Why does it matter if he's gay?" Forth was lost on why that was such a bad thing. This was the 21st century after all, not the fucking dark ages.
"Because people are stupid and have nothing better to do than pick on people they feel are inferior." Pha hated people like that.
"Yeah, well they're picking on the wrong person this time." Kongpob grit his teeth at the thought of his darling getting hurt. "I don't know about you guys but I might do something about that."
"Oh, I forgot, is it true that he belongs to you now?" Noh looked down at his phone, Ohm sent him a picture message that soothed his irritation. He glanced back up to see the scary sight of Kongpob smiling like an idiot.
"He is now. Not that I gave him much of a choice."
Earth rolled his eyes. "More like you forced him."
"More like... a lying persuasion."
Forth's deadpan look saw through his bullshit. "You forced him."
"Fine! Whatever! That's beside the point. The reason I asked you to meet up was to tell you that I'm not just gonna sit around on the side lines."
"Fuck yeah!" Noh gave a wide grin. "Who's ass or should I say asses are we kicking? Or are we just scaring people?"
"So you'll join me?"
"Name the time and places. We'll be there." Forth stood straight, with his arms crossed.
"I already joined you once, for P'Arthit I'll do it again." Came from Earth.
Pha nodded in agreement. "No one messes with one of ours. I'm in."
They went their separate ways after agreeing to get in touch when the time came.
XOXOXO
Arthit buried his head again onto his pillow. His mother just left his room after giving him something that could be called "The Talk".
Why couldn't the ground open and swallow him up?
His uncle called his mom after the fight earlier in the week. All this week it was one awkward thing after the other.
His classmates still talked but now it was about his "relationship" with Kongpob. On a positive note, no one bothered him in fear that the junior would beat them up too.
Their fears were even heightened at the sight of one of his troublemaker juniors that seemed to always show up when he arrived at the gate, during his lunch hour, or when the final bell rang to end the day.
Arthit looked out the window as the teacher went on about the final exams and to not forget about turning in all college applications by next week.
Kongpob.
The pale young man had no idea what to do about him.
He kind of ran away when they left his uncle's office. He left Kongpob behind, calling out his name.
Even after the tutoring sessions, he packed up and left before anyone.
Avoiding the younger man became his new hobby. How much longer he would be able to do so?
Not very long.
The last bell rang and the commotion of everyone packing up brought him back to reality.
"P'Arthit?"
That voice set shivers down his back.
Kongpob was here.
Throughout the whole time of the others stopping to see him, Kongpob never stopped by. So much for his supposed attraction? Idiot, never came. Not that he cared. Not at all.
