Virgil couldn't believe that Remus showed himself to Thomas
Virgil couldn't believe that Roman, of all people was on deceits' side.
For the past two meetings he's just felt like shit, having to interact with deceit in front of everyone was terrible enough.
Remus, what he did to Thomas terrified him, but then again he had to remember what logan said, about not giving him power and how those thoughts were normal. He just had to breathe, that's what he told himself in the mirror.
Then deceit appeared behind him.
And his arms wrapped around him.
And the feeling of his hug.Virgil woke up with a wheeze, he felt like he couldn't breathe.
He looked at the clock, 7:02 am, just around the time Logan would be getting up to go make breakfast.
He got up, went to the kitchen, and sat down.
"Virgil?" Logan said sleepily.
Virgil shut his eyes. "Bad dream" is all he said. "Would you like to talk about it?" Logan responds, Virgil glares are him.
"What're ya gonna do, shrink me?" He says, irritably. Logan shakes his head. "I'd listen."Virgil felt irrational, irritable. His face felt hot and he felt like he just ran a mile. He didn't know what to do.
He wanted to hide from the world. He wanted to get Away from everything.Virgil was on the verge of a panic attack, he wanted to cry, he wanted to scream until his voice left him.
He didn't want to be paranoid anymore.
"Virgil, do you need help?"
Virgil felt as though he couldn't speak. He simply nodded his head.
Logan stopped breakfast, leaving a note telling Patton and Roman to eat cereal instead. He then took Virgil back to His room. And shut the door. They went through typical breathing exercises. The five sense thing Virgil never quite understood but always used, etc.
The room was dark, one less sense to really think about. His feeling of overwhelmed slowly subsided.
"Do you want to talk about it?"
Virgil shook his head before realizing Logan probably couldn't see in the dark.
"No thanks.." he said, before adding "can you explain how penguins evolved?"
Logan stifled a laugh. "Random. But alright."
