Y/n woke up very excited. It was their birthday!
They quickly got dressed ran throughout the halls of the agency looking for anyone.
"Hello?" Y/n yelled, but no answer. They were confused and looked everywhere for even a sign of a person. Their heart hurt a bit seeing that no one was here. Their stomach began growling too.
'Geeze I'm hungry, but I wonder where everyone is, a mission. Maybe... but then they would be gone for a week. And seeing how everyone left... it could be a huge emergency. ' Y/n thought.
Y/n walked to the kitchen, before they could open the fridge a note was posted on the door.

Y/n sighed heavily, they made a bowl of Lucio'OS and sat down. Y/n kept looking at the note and then almost started to cry.
"Why? Why on my birthday." Y/n understood they have work, but it hurt that they aren't here. After finishing breakfast, Y/n gloomily walked to the couch and turned on cartoon network.
"~we are the crystal gems ~" she sang along to the tune of one of her favorite shows that was on when suddenly the t.v started to glitch out.
"Oh God did I do something, aaggh moms gonna kill me and ..and probably hana." Internal panic rushed over their body thinking about what's gonna happen.
"Agency recieving unknown transmission" Athena's voice echoed throughout the agency. The t.v. static turned purple and a familiar skeleton like emblem appeared.
"Tia.. Sombra?" The child looked confused at the screen. The emblem soon transformed into a video.
"Everone ready? Okay.. 1..2.." Tia said.
"WAIT! I dont think my voice is ready" Lucio whined
"Gaagh just hurry!" Everyone else sighed and grumbled.
"¡TODOS! ESTOY GRABANDO!" Tia yelled something in Spanish. Y/n chuckled at the minor chaos happening.
"Okay. Now. 1.. 2.. 3.. haPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU! HAPPY BIRTHDAY DEAR Y/N! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU!" Sombra counted than everone sang in. All theirs voices sounding distorted but lovely. The whole family singing made y/n's stomach fill with butterfly.
When the song finished everyone cheered and clapped each giving their own happy birthday wishes. Of course the messages were all prerecorded, but the thought made y/n happy. They sat on the couch for a while listening and smiling greatly.
4 DAYS LATER
"How's my little munchkin?" Mom said picking Y/n up and spinning them around. Y/n was so glad everone was back.
"Mom... Stop I'm not a kid anymore" Y/n whined. "Oh be quiet your haven't even hit puberty." Mom hushed.
"Pu..berty..?" Y/n questioned
"Uh.. ignore your mom " Dad said clearing his throat ",um for the time being we brought you a cake." Dad pointed to Nana holding a cake. Everone was surrounding her too. They all stood proud as the child they found is now growing up.
Everyone sang happy birthday again and Y/n got to open a few presents and enjoy cake.
Later in the evening Y/n was all tuckered out. Reinhardt notice and broght them to their room. Everyone whispered goodnight and happy birthday as Y/n was carried up to the room.
Y/n was laid in bed and tucked in by Reinhardt. They smiled once more before they finally dozed off to dream land.
