"DO YOU SEE the beauty of it? The inevitability. You rise, only to fall." Ultron's metallic voice echoed through the city. "You, Avengers, are my meteor. My swift and terrible sword, and the Earth will crack with the weight of your failure. Purge me from your computers, turn my own flesh against me, it means nothing. When the dust settles, the only thing living in this world will be metal."

Anastasiya get up from where she had fallen, a look of determination crossing her face. She began to run, directing the people she passed towards the ships. She sent fireball after fireball at Ultron's followers, causing them to deform and fall to the floor, in which Anastasiya would throw them off the side of the cliff.

Buildings came down with large thuds, and Anastasiya gasped as a robot flew into her chest, sending her hurtling into a car, shattering the windscreen. She sent a punch to its face, twisting its head slowly as she saw the light leave its eyes. She dropped it, stomping on it, and groaned as she pulled pieces of glass out of her face.

"Stark, you worry about bringing the city down safely. The rest of us have one job. Tear these things apart. You get hurt, hurt them back. You get killed... walk it off." Steve voice rang.

The teenage girl heaved herself off the car bonnet, sprinting off to help Clint and Wanda who were nearby.

"You alright, kid?" He asked her, whilst shooting an arrow into the chest of one of the droids.

"Yeah, I'm good. Pretty sure I have several bits of glass wedged in my cheek and forehead, but apart from that I think I'll live." Clint nodded at her, sending more arrows whirling through the sky. Several robots began firing at the trio, crashing into the ground causing cars to go up in flames. Clint grabbed the two Maximoff sisters and jumped through the window into a nearby building, landing on the hard stone floor whimpering.

"How could I let this happen?" Wanda said gloomily, crawling over to the side of the room.

"Hey, hey, you okay?" Clint asked.

"This is all our fault."

"Hey, look at me. It's your fault, it's everyone's fault. Who cares? Are you up for this? Are you? Look, I just need to know because the city is flying. The city is flying, we're fighting an army of robots, I have a bow and arrow, and Anastasiya is like polar opposite of Elsa." This earned a chuckle off of Anastasiya. "None of this makes sense, but I'm going back out there because it's my job, and it's Anastasiya's job too. I can't do my job and babysit. It doesn't matter what you did or what you were. If you go out there, you fight, and you fight to kill. Stay in here, it's fine, I'll send your brother to come get you and Anastasiya, but if you step out that door, you're an Avenger," Clint told her, pushing himself off the ground and offering a hand to Anastasiya who was at opposite. "Alright, good chat."

"Very motivational, Clint," Anastasiya giggled, taking the archer's hand and heaving herself up off the concrete.

Clint busted the door open, and began firing arrows at the robots. Anastasiya sent hot blazes towards Ultron's followers, causing them to liquefy. Wanda watched in disbelief at her sister's antics.

Anastasiya ran off to join the rest of her team at the start of the city, kicking some bots of the edge of the rock face.

"You okay, Ana?" Natasha called over to the teenager.

"Good! Thanks!" Anastasiya groaned as the android sent a punch to her face, sending her flying over the edge of the cliff, but Natasha grabbed her hand before she could fall, and began to pull her up.

"Thanks." Natasha nodded at her, before getting back to defeating Ultron's army.

"Romanoff!" Steve called, throwing his shield over to Natasha to use. She hit the robot across the face with it, before passing it back to Steve, who sliced off its neck.

Anastasiya followed Steve and Natasha through the fog, guiding people towards the evacuation centre.

"The next wave is gonna hit any minute. What do you got Stark?" Steve asked, as the ghost of Tony's voice echoed through the comms.

"Nothing great. Maybe a way to blow up the city. That will keep it from impacting the surface if you guys can get clear."

"I asked for a solution not an escape plan."

"Impact radios is getting bigger every second. We're going to have to make a choice."

Anastasiya heard Steve sigh. "Cap, these people are going nowhere," Natasha pointed out. "If Stark finds a way to blow this rock..."

"Not till everyone's safe," Anastasiya interruped, turning to look at the two heroes in front of her. "All my life I've been an outsider, and now I just want to do one good thing in my life. I don't care if it's the last thing I do. I just need to do one good thing."

Nastasha smiled softly at her. "We're going to try our best. But everyone up here versus everyone down there? There's no math there."

"I'm with Anastasiya. I'm not leaving this rock with one civilian on it."

"I didn't say we should leave," Natasha said, the wind making her red hair blow in front of her face.

"There's worse ways to go." Anastasiya said. The two adults turned to look at the teenager. "Where else are we going to get a view like this?" she said, turning to look at the clouds.

"Glad you like the view, Maximoff," a voice said. "It's about to get better." A loud grumbling noise turned Anastasiya's attention to the ship which had started to rise into view. Anastasiya laughed softly. They were going to be okay.

"Nice, right? Pulled her out of mothballs with a couple of old friends. She's dusty, but she'll do." Fury said.

"Fury, you son of a bitch," Steve stated.

"Ooh, you kiss your mother with that mouth?" Fury teased.

"This is Shield?" Anastasiya asked in awe of the scene unfolding before her eyes.

"This is what Shield is supposed to be," Steve answered, and Anastasiya saw Natasha give him a smirk.

"This is not so bad."

"Time to load them up," Steve called, and Anastasiya followed as him and Natasha ran off to help the rest of the civilians to safety.
