"Risk what?" Sehun appeared behind them.

The two quickly fixed themselves up, realizing that they are at an awkward position in front of their friend. Kai snickering all of a sudden.

"Risk? Well... Krystal and I..." Kai looked at Sehun seriously with a confused Krystal on the side. "... were doing 'it' actively the past days and it doesn't matter where. She's worried she might get pregnant-"

"What the fuck are you saying?!" Krystal squeezed his hand in embarrassment.

The couple stared at Sehun who looked like bewildered, he was beyond amused with Kai's forthright choice of words. Krystal was wondering if he'd actually buy Kai's excuses. For her, it feels awkward revealing their sex life to other people. Not that Sehun's different, but still...

Sehun grinned at the two. The two boys did their signature hand shake while Krystal did her usual face palm. "You truly are friends...a one of a kind one." She kept muttering.

"By the way, umm... if I may ask you dear boss. Does your new maid, uhh.... look like she was about my age?" she said crossing her arms on her chest. At this point Sehun knew it was about to get serious.

"Let's go back to breakfast and I'll tell you." Sehun said, giving Krystal an after-you gesture.

...

"Okay. So you're telling me that this girl... you don't know where she's from or who she is?" Krystal uttered, now sipping her tea.

"I tried doing personal background investigation about her... ahem..." Kai looked at Krystal nervously then back to Sehun. "... upon your request. Birth certificates, origin... none... as if she didn't existed. I just had a feeling she's not from here." He added.

Sehun's eyes widened to what he was hearing. What do you mean?

"It's like either her citizenship is alienated or she was not registered upon birth... you know... aboriginal from somewhere far from civilization." Kai said, slumping his arms on the table.

"Now that sounds fishy to me... could be a potential threat." Krystal told the two, exceptionally looking at her boyfriend. Kai expressed a 'what' look back to her.

"I agree." Kai said, he had no choice but to agree with Krys. "And just don't forget that she got into trouble a few weeks ago. Our lack of knowledge about her is what gets us into a black hole."

Sehun sighed. "Alright. I'll talk to her and get to know her-"

"No!" Krystal exclaimed all of a sudden, earning a stare from the boys.

"I... want to get to know her. I feel like she'll express herself more comfortably if it's a girl talk. You understand?" Krystal looked at Kai to Sehun.

"Come on, dude. Give it to Krys. You know you can't say 'no' once she drew the line." Kai said, being a helpful friend which didn't help him at all.

At the back of Sehun's mind, he wanted to take the opportunity to apologize to her for yelling and pushing her away.

"I guess that would be fine. Just be nice to her and don't be bitchy." Sehun said, devouring the last bite of his french toast.

"Oh I will. We could even be besties after if you like." Krystal smiled sweetly towards Sehun then to Kai, her eyes quickly glinted scarlet. Kai nervously chuckles to his girlfriend's humorless joke; sipping his now semi-cold coffee.

...

It was thirty minutes before noon as the three decided to go out for lunch. Krystal and Kai headed to the mansion's parking lot leaving Sehun inside for a while. He had to check on Irene through halmoni, now that everything is awkward between them. And he's wondering where she could have been because he hasn't seen her since this morning. He had to admit to himself that he kind of misses her pretty blank expression and presence around.
