It had been a few days since Nova and and Din had made their grand escape from Nevarro. Several long days of floating aimlessly throughout the cosmos has passed, Din and Nova taking turns piloting the ship and resting, only really making contact with the other when they switched positions. The two Mandalorians were a bit awkward, to put it nicely, at confronting their feelings.

Neither had much experience when it came to anything beyond lust in the romantic-area of their brains by simply having being trained since childhood to become soldiers, to support the group and not worry about their individual desires. Love was a tricky area when it came to Mandalorians. Most didn't ever fall in love. The Way of the Mandalorian was a lonely one, leaving poor Nova and Din vastly inexperienced and lacking when it came to confronting anything that they couldn't physically fight.

Nova had felt slight thrums in her heart and little flutters in her stomach during the few interactions she had shared with Din. Din was, unbeknownst to Nova, quite the same, the closest he had ever been to feeling amorously to someone else having been with a Twi'lek when he was much younger, and there hadn't been any real feelings there, mainly just lust. He couldn't be blamed though, he was a young man, and it was natural for young men to have those feelings. Not that Nova hadn't felt the same in her own past, but she had never acted upon those impulses like Din had, leaving her innocent and inexperienced in every way possible.

Despite her growing feelings for Din, being confined to a small living space and having only one other human to interact with was making both of them a bit stir crazy. Din's ship wasn't meant for more than one person, and currently, two and a half were living in it.

It didn't help that the ship was a mess, and Nova was itching to leave the confined space. The wrappers from food nutrition discs were lying around the cockpit and the sleeping cot downstairs was in need of a change of sheets.

Nova didn't particularly enjoy co-habiting with someone who was so messy, but she couldn't say much about it, it was Din's ship after all, she was invading his space, not the other way around. So she sucked it up and picked up after the two of them, doing her part to earn her keep.

Now was one of the few times where all three of the inhabitants of the ship were in the cockpit together, Nova having rested so much that she was now restless, much like the child, and the two were currently irritating Din to no end, a favorite past time of theirs when they were all together.

Nova sat in her usual seat to the left of the pilot's with her feet rested on the dashboard in front of her. Din had elbowed her feet off several times throughout the past hour, tired of her boots being in his peripheral vision and taking up space on the control board of the ship, but Nova was insistent upon having her feet rest there, her position being one in which she could comfortably spread out without feeling completely cramped. The child was standing up to Din's right, pressing various buttons on the side of the ship, also driving the pilot slightly mad with his consistent misbehaving.

Nova smirked a little bit every time another button was pressed, mentally egging the little creature on. She figured if they irritated Din enough, he might finally land the ship somewhere they could safely hide for a while without worry of being found so the three could get some fresh air and much needed space from one another. The little green baby reached out to his left and hit a green button, cooing softly when it turned something within the ship off.

He flicked the switch back on and giggled when he heard a machine somewhere powering back up.

"Stop touching things," Din firmly told the child, not even turning to look at the baby.

Nova giggled as the child reached to his right once more, sneakily turning on a different switch that caused the space craft to experience some turbulence.
