After having sat on the roof of the building opposite the Imperial's hideout and listening to the client's plans for the child, Nova stood around the corner of the alleyway, watching as Din knocked on the heavy metal door of the hidden compound.

The droid opened the little window and stuck its eyeball out, speaking in an alien language, and Din promptly broke the eyeball off, causing smoke and sparks to emit from the broken stub.

He calmly, yet quickly, moved over to where Nova was watching, disappearing around the same corner as her just as two stormtroopers exited the door in a hurry.

"Check the perimeter," she heard one of them order in a bossy mechanical tone.

Din grabbed Nova's hand and brought her around the side of the building before setting a charge on a blank space of wall and pulling her to take cover beside him as the wall exploded, causing a massive commotion inside the building.

The pair of Mandalorians shared a nod with one another before moving quickly inside the building, taking cover on either side of the door that led into the room they just blasted to hell and blending into the shadows.

Two heavily confused stormtroopers appeared, flashlights on, taking in the damage and the moonlight that was now streaming in through the massive wreck in the wall.

As they made their way towards the gaping opening in the wall, Din and Nova crept behind them, remaining in the shadows until the stormtroopers stopped at the end of the hallway. Both Mandalorians stepped out of their hiding spots and shot the stormtroopers down, effectively ending their lives, before turning around and staring to make their way further into the compound.

They were interrupted however when another stormtrooper entered the room, about to fall into the same trap that the other two did. He observed the dead troopers on the ground for a second before Nova jumped out of the darkness and grabbed his head, yanking him backwards and sending him off balance. Din took his weapon and beat him with it whilst Nova grabbed the knife out of her boot, sticking it into the trooper's neck in an area that wasn't protected by his armor.

Din shot the trooper for good measure, and the duo in beskar made their way into the rest of the compound, Din leading.

In the next room they entered, Din used his grappling hook to take out the unaware stormtrooper. Nova led them to a door with a keypad and shot the lock, immediately taking a hit to the beskar and sending her reeling backwards. Din shot the offending trooper and grabbed Nova, steadying her and bringing her into the room with him. He quickly shot the droid that was preparing to attack them as well. Nova could hear someone begging to not be shot while she recovered from her own shot.

"I'm lucky the beskar holds up to shots," Nova thought. Din's hand had lingered on her arm after steadying her and her face grew warm at the contact. Din finally noticed he hadn't let go and dropped his hand immediately, unknown to Nova, but his face flushed as well.

Inside the room that weird doctor guy was standing over the child's sleeping form as he was held down to the table by what looked like a metal belt, medical readings flashing across the screen on top of it. The weasly man jumped at the pair storming in, still afraid that Din would fire at him.

"Please don't hurt him! It's just a child!" He pleaded with the Mandalorians, his hand extended out as if it could protect him from the pair. Din approached aggressively as the man shouted "Please!" and "No!" over and over again. Nova rolled her eyes, "Such a coward," she thought.

Din grabbed the man and threw him down in a corner, blaster cocked and aimed at his head.

Nova and Din turned to observe the child's sleeping form. He seemed a bit restless, making uncomfortable faces and wiggling a bit.
