//this is when the journey begins//.
Elizabeth ran out the door and then found her brothers chilling in the front room. "Guys, guys, can we talk?" Elizabeth asked of them. "Yeah, what's up?" Chris asked wondering what she needed. "I wonder what's going on? Have you hit puberty yet?" Michael joked and then laughed. "No Michael, I'm still 12, and this is important," Elizabeth said try to tell Michael to be serious then she added, "look guys, this is about dad, I know you guys may not even think about dad anymore, but I just can't let it go as easily as you can, and when I was going to put my book away, I found this." She pulls out the newspaper and shows them all the information on Bendy. The boys look at it, read it and then we're a little confused. "Okay, What are you trying to tell us? The fact that an old cartoon is living and murdering people inside an abandoned studio." Michael tells Elizabeth until he kept reading further and then his face became shocked at what he read.
"Wait! Our grandpa use to work there? Since when?" Michael questioned and Chris was the next to react, "that's where we got the Bendy tapes we use to have and always watched, this makes sense, they were passed down." "Not only that, but I've been thinking a lot about this, if this toon is real, I have to see him in person," Elizabeth made clear and then the boys only thought she was insane. "You want to see a demon cartoon that kills people inside an abandoned studio? That's crazy Lizzie, it's not like he's going to look at you and be like 'oh hello Lizzie, nice to meet new neighbors' nah, he's going to just growl and then probably eat you for dinner, face it Lizzie, I can't loose you again," Michael explains to Elizabeth, but Elizabeth wasn't taking any of that.
"I know Mikey, but Bendy is the only good memory of daddy that I have, and I have not been able to move on from daddy at all, the ink demon may try to kill me, but if seeing him is the only way I can heal, I will do it no matter what," Elizabeth tells Michael once again then added, "we'll I'm going to New York City, and if any of you are with me, you're welcome to come along." Just when she said that, Chris steps over to Elizabeth's side and spoke up, "I'm with Lizzie on this, Bendy has been an idol to all of us, I remember we all use to dream of one day meeting Bendy in real life, well this is our moment, our chance to follow our dream. If he does kill us, at least we will die seeing our idol in reality." Michael then had to decide whether he should go with them to seize the moment or if he should stay and loose both his siblings again.
"You guys are leaving?" Ian asked a little concerned. "What no, I mean yes, well we have to, for nostalgia sake, and healing," Michael said basically trying to tell them he was finally agreeing to go. "But why? Don't you like it here?" Brendon asked hoping they would say no. "Of course we like it here, we like both of you and your dad and mom, it's just there's some unfinished business between healing and the past, and if leaving here to someplace where my dreams came true is the only way I can heal the pain, we will do it for the best," Elizabeth assured the two. Scott heard what was being said and then walked over to them and hugged all three of them, "be careful out there then kids, and remember, don't do anything to put yourselves in jail, alright?"
The kids hugged back and then they started to pack all their stuff and then they were on their way to the abandoned studio of Joey Drew.
