Chapter 11

I woke up today and got ready for school. I didn't expect Aaron to be waiting for me but he did say he still loved me. We both walked to school together. We were just outside the high school when I felt someone's hand grab my hand. It was Aaron, I shook his hand off. I gave him a hug and I went to walk with Izzy.

I thought I told him I didn't feel the same about him anymore but that's Aaron for you. I was in home room sitting next to Izzy, usually Aaron would sit with us but he didn't for some reason. Instead he sat by Dylan and all of Dylan's friends. It was weird.

Then first through fifth hour he totally ignored me. He didn't even sit by us at lunch. So it was just Izzy and I talking when usually he was talking with us. I didn't know what to think about it.

It came to passing time before sixth hour, "Josie!" I heard someone yell my name. "Josie!" It turned out to be Aaron. Now he finally wanted to talk to me.

"What?!" I was tired of him ignoring me the whole day just because of the conversation we had last night. "I'm sorry." I said quickly.

"No, I'm sorry. Josie, I didn't mean to ignore I guess I was thinking about last night's talk. But I'm still in love with you and nothing's gonna change that." Aaron said.

"I forgive you. It's okay," I said then he started to walk away. "but I already made my decision."

"Oh, you're sticking with that one." He sounded hurt and he left. I got inside my sixth hour without getting tardy. The school bell ranged and I walked home with Aaron. Izzy went home early. So we decided to go to the park. No one was around.
