Luna's P.O.V**

4 months later.

"LUKE HEMMINGS PUT ME DOWN!" I yelled as my now best friend threw me over his shoulder.

"LUNA YOU NEED TO STOP BEING SO STUBBORN!" Luke yelled back stopping in his tracks but not putting me down.

"Luke if you don't put me down I'm going to resort to biting your shoulder." I threatened, and with one swift movement Luke put me down and put his hands on his hips pouting.

"Luna, you've been here four whole months and you've barely seen anything outside of the block, and you haven't met my friends! They're jealous of you for my spending time with you! You'll like them I promise!" He explained.

I sat on my bed and looked out the window. "Ugh, you're right Luke." I sighed admitting defeat. He smiled proudly. "Now, the guys are at my house and if you don't willingly get dressed right now I'm going to resort in throwing you over my shoulder and taking you as is." He threatened and smirked. I looked down at my messy, freshly dyed, maroon curls, and pajama pants.

"GIve me 15." I pouted as his face lit up happily. He ran down the stairs and I could hear him calling the guys. "She finally agreed! We'll be over in a few!" He said excitedly.

Why was I so nervous.  It's just Luke's friends. And Luke has been the best thing thats ever happened to me.

Within the last few months I've become closer to Luke than I was with my lifelong friends Jeremy & Jenna. Within the first few days me and Luke were basically hanging out everyday. We never really left the block we lived on cause I wasn't ready. And when school started for Luke I was alone for hours a day. I decided to do virtual school becuase I didn't want to go to school here yet.

I looked in the mirror and fixed my hair up a little, leaving the curls to fall down my back. I put on some skinny jeans and a loose shirt. I put my glasses on and slipped into some vans. Finally I made my way down to an awaiting Luke. He smiled brightly.

"Bout time. Okay don't forget to talk, when we met it took me hours to get you to talk. The guys are just like me! Michael, Calum, and Ashton. Okay, ready?" He said, in one breath. I nodded and smiled walking out of the front door with him.

Michael, Calum, Ashton. Okay got this.

Luke opened the front door of his house and led me to his bedroom. From outside the door I could hear the screams of teenage boys playing videogames. Luke shook his head laughing and opened his door. "Guys!" He said, causing the rest of them to pause and look up at him.

"Sup" He said laughing, and they all laughed too. Unconsiously, I stood behind Luke a little.

The taller one who had shaggy curly hair and a perfect jawline and glasses stood up and walked over to us. "Hey! You're the famous Luna we've heard so much about! No need to be shy! I'm Ashton." He said, looking around look to make eye contact and smiling this huge smile. I smiled back and stepped out a little from Luke. I looked up at Luke who smiled and nudged me towards his friends.

"Nice to meet you." I said, Ashton smiled and pulled me into a hug. I smiled too and stepped back next to Luke.

Ashton turned around and pointed to the boy playing the videogame closest to us. "That's Calum." He said rolling his eyes, Calum looked up from the screen for a second to look at me and smile. "Hi Luna!" He said before going back to his game. I laughed a little, and finally the last of Luke's friends stepped aside Ashton and smiled brightly at me.

"I'm Michael," He said hugging me as well and taking a step back, clearly a little shy. I smiled and looked up at him, he had longish blonde hair and was wearing jeans like Luke and a tank top.

"Nice to meet you guys. Luke talks about you a lot." I managed to say. They all smiled and spread out around the room.

I sat next to Luke on his bed, Ashton and Michael sitting near me, but Ashton the closest. He was clearly the most confident of this group, and was ready for conversation.

"So Luna, do you have a boyfriend? Like one back in the States?" Ashton asked. I blushed and shook my head. "No, there was no boyfriend." I said. He smiled and nudged Micahel a little.

I blushed some more and felt Luke nudge me, without even looking I knew he had a smirk on his face.

"Let's go out to the mall or something." I suggested. All four boys looked at me wide eyed and shocked that I even spoke.

***************

After the first semester, the guys convinced me to start school with them. Me, Luke, and Calum were still freshman, Michael a sophomore, and Ashton a junior. It was nice to finally learn by real teachers and be out with my friends.

I became very close with all four boys, but since Luke was my neighbor I always had a special bond with him.
