thanks for waiting so long, I was busy with school.

Indi's POV.

Everything hurt like hell, ok that's an overstatement. I rolled over blocking my ears from the sound of the alarms.

"What's going on?" I asked Bruce who was next to me,

"Someone broke into the building... how are you feeling?" he asked worried,

"hungry and like I've been hit with a bus," I smirked, he gave me a small smile back, "Who's broken in?... wait nevermind it's probably Loki again," I rolled my eyes and sighed. I put my head in my hands exhausted when Amy walked in.

"hey sis, how you doing?" she asked sincerely,

"What are still doing here?" I asked ignoring the question,

"I wanted to stay to make sure you were ok." I raised an eyebrow.

"sure, has anyone got any food?" I asked again over the alarm, Amy disappear and reappeared in a flame,

"your dinner is served, your majesty," she winked, I laughed. Bruce stood back awkwardly like he didn't know what to say.

"so... Bruce can you turn these alarms off... because I think the whole world now knows... there is someone in this building... and it hurts my ears." I said between mouthfuls of food,

"Yes, I can." He got up and did something on the computer and the alarms stopped,

"Ah, much better," I smiled.

I finished eating and I notice Amy is staring at her feet, upset. She noticed me staring and quickly put on a fake smile.

"are you ok?" I ask her concerned,

"Yeah, just perfect," she grinned, sure, I thought to myself. I could hear yelling upstairs, and something banged in the door sending it flying open.

"What the fuck is this?" I choke through the smoke,

"Mum is going to take over hell!" a voice called back at me as the smoke cleared.

"What!" Amy and I screeched together as Sam stepped through the door,

"We have to stop her!" I instructed, the other Avengers burst through the door yelling at Sam, "shut it." I yelled over them. They instantly went silent and lined themselves up against walls and sitting in spare chairs.

"Now... Sam how do I know you are telling the truth?" I questioned,

"You don't... you're just going to have to trust me." He sighed,

"Well, what am I going to do about that?" I paused thinking, "I'll have to go by myself-"

"No!" they all cut me off,

"You are not going by yourself," Steve instructed, "you are still healing." Concern filled his every word, he cares... no, he is just acting. No one could ever care about me, I just hurt people, I sighed.

"I have to go and stop her from hurting people, even if I have to kill her and leave you in charge, Sam. I also need to stop her from destroying earth in the process." I gazed at my feet thinking, "I'm almost done healing so I can fight for myself and...um... Sam do you know what kind of weaponry she is using?" he hesitated before answering,

"um... I saw something before I left but I don't know what it was, some kind of monster alien thing. They were tall and thin with claws and sharp teeth." He started,

"Spilling secrets are we Sam?" I heard a female voice, "That's not very nice for mummy to hear." I spin around and see my mother against the back wall, a smirk on her face.
