Welp, Guess Imma Dad Now

~{7 years after the Scarlets Death}~

Cynthia walks over to Argos Office in the Skywing Castle, pretty slowly because she is pregnant. She opens the door, "Hey Argo." She says as the door opens.

"Oh, hey hun, wait, What are you doing out of bed!" He drops the pen he was writing with, gets up, and darts over, making sure she isn't having any trouble.

"I'm fine, staying in bed is bo-Ugh!" He starts to say yet then stops to clutch her stomach. Starting to go into labor.

"Oh no, we gotta get you to the Infirmary, NOW!" Argo picks her up and slums her over his back, then runs down the hall to the infirmary.

When they get there, Argo tells them what is happening and they tell him to bring Cynthia with them. He does so, heading into the back with them, they head into a marble room, he sets her on some mats on the floor, the doctors instruct him to go wait outside the infirmary for a few hours, he goes outside of the infirmary.

~{30 minutes later}~

Argo is sitting in a chair in the infirmary, reading a scroll on parenting, titled, *Parenting 101*. He rolls it up and puts it up, sighing. After that Queen Ruby and Prince Cliff Walk in, followed by Peril, who is wearing a new necklace enchanted by her friend turtle. It is enchanted to make her firescales put off a dull heat, not turning them off, just making them not turn people to ash. With her is Clay, and she, funny enough, is also pregnant.

"Hey, What're you guys doing here." Argo says. They look over, cliff doesn't because he's coughing badly and sniffling.

"We're here because Cliff is Sick, and me being myself decided, against his wishes, even though he's an adult, to go with him, and Peril is here for a check up on the eggs." Ruby says, Cliff stops coughing and looks over to Argo and waves, "Hey." He mumbles.

"Yeah, he doesn't look to good, if you wanna know why i'm here, i'm here with Cynthia, and she's in the infirmary because she just went into labor." He says.

"I see, so that's we're the doctor is, makes since, that is more important than a fever." Ruby says before walking over to a chair, sitting down followed by Cliff who sits next to Argo, then Clay and Peril follow him and sit down.

"Yep, so Peril, how's the necklace, I know turtle enchanted it to be fireproof. You like it, it work well." Argo says.

"I love it, I can touch other dragons without hurting them, it's amazing." She says, beaming. Clay breaths a small sigh of relief. "Huh, Clay, what was that, I thought I heard something?" Peril looks over to Clay.

"O-oh uh, nothing, nothing at all." He says, a little quickly. 

"Okay, if you say so." She says, a little suspicious.

"Anyways Cliff, how has Auklet been, I heard she just laid you and her egg." Argo Says. Cliff will look over to him, "Good, shes doing very well, so is the egg." He smiles before coughing.

~{2 hours, and a lot of talking, later}~

A doctor walks out from the back and looks over everyone, spotting Argo. "If you could come with me please sir, Ms. Peril I will see to you shortly, Prince Cliff, if you would give me just a moment to get a nurse I need to take him to his wife first." He says in quick order, turning to the people he says it as he does so, before turning back to Argo and opening the door for him to follow.

"Ah, yes of course, bye guys, Prince Cliff, I will see you in a little bit." He walks through the door and the doctor closes it and walks down the hallway, Argo follows him. They eventually get to where Cynthia is.

They enter the room she's in, she is laying on the ground, with an egg curled up in her talons, sleeping quietly. "Oh thank god shes okay, thanks doc."

"Just doing my job Argo." He says, before leaving.

Argo waves him bye before going over to Cynthia and sitting down, becoming her silent yet faithful guard until she awakens.

~{40 minutes later}~

Cynthia, wakes up, slightly groggy, wondering what happened, last she remem-oh right, she laid her egg after Argo took her to the infirmary.

"Oh, your awake, good afternoon Cyn." She looks to the side to see Argo, the one who said that, smiling at her.

"Yeah, I got a good little bit of sleep after I laid little miss painful over here." She nudges the egg as she says that.

"Hey, yeah, wait did you just say miss?" He says, looking confused.

"Oh its just the nickname I gave the egg, don't worry." She sits up, picking up a sling from a chair and putting it around her neck, before putting the egg in it.

"Ah, I see, anyways lets head home." Argo says, opening the door for her.

"Yea, lets." She replies, walking out through the door, out of the infirmary, where there are no dragons. And to her and Argos house.

Argo follows her, letting her walk ahead of him as a gentleman does.
