(Flashback) A Date

~{6 months after they see Tourmaline}~

Argo was fidgeting with his claws, Cynthia wasn't around, but to him, right now that was a good thing. "How am I gonna do this, she probably doesn't like me back, what am I gonna do." He says to himself, worrying himself even more.

Cynthia was at her personal garden she was allowed to have, thank the moons. She was also fidgeting, worrying. "There's no way he would like me, he'd never like me how I like him, i'm nothing to him." She says, worrying herself a lot.

~{An hour later}~

Cynthia returns to Argos room, well, home, at this point, takes a deep breath and walks in. "H-hey Argo, I wanted to talk to you about something." She says as she closes the door behind her.

"O-oh uh, funny, I wanted to do the same." He says, smiling nervously, "Okay the, you go first." Cynthia says, "Oh no, you first." Argo says back, this continues for about a minute before Argo stops it. "Okay, how about we just say it at the same time." Argo says, "Sure." Cynthia says back.

They both take a deep breath as a though goes through both of their heads, 'It's now or never.' ""Do you wanna go on a date with me!"" They both say at the same time, as both take a minute to register what just happened. Before both of them burst out laughing.

They both take a minute to calm down before looking at each other, "I spent, the past week worrying myself to death over this, but I guess it didn't matter huh?" Argo says, smiling. "Same, and yep." Cynthia says, walking over to him and nuzzling him.

Argo will sigh happily and put his head on hers. "So, where you wanna go for our first date." He says, she sighs happily as well and looks up at him, "Well, there was a nice little spot near the Diamond Spray River I've been wanting to go to for a while." She said. "Then let's go." Argo says before going up to the balcony, Cynthia following behind him.

They both fly off the balcony and towards the Diamond Spray River, about an hour later Cynthia sees the spot she wanted to go to and fly down towards it, Argo following behind her.

They land and look around, spotting a nice shady spot next to the Diamond Spray River, with colorful leaves falling from the trees and mixing in with the green of the tree leaves. As well as a light mist in the air do to the river.

They walk into the shade and sit, relaxing in the misty, cool air, a nice contrast to the surprisingly hot fall. Argo will look down to Cynthia, "I have to admit, this is very nice. As well as romantic." He says as he puts his head on hers.

Cynthia will nuzzle into him before looking up at him, "That's good to hear, it took me a while to figure out when it would be like this." She says. "Well. in my opinion, it's perfect." Argo says, before rapping his wings around her.

"That's nice to he-AHHHHH!" She says/screams as Argo picks her up and throws her into the river. "Hahahaha." Argo laughs as Cynthia's head slowly appears before the water. "Why you." She says before dragging him in.

Argo falls in the river still laughing before sucking water and surface, coughing. "I deserved that." He says while coughing. "Ya sure did ya big oaf." Cynthia says grumbling. Argo pounces on her before pulling back having her fall on him."

"At least it's relaxing." Argo says, his head on hers. "Yeah." Cynthia says, not angry anymore. She looks up at Argo, who then looks down at her, then kisses him. He wraps his wings around her as she does so.

A few minutes latter they stop kissing, before having a water/mud fight, laughing. They clean up before heading back to the stronghold, heading to Argos room, and going to sleep.
