"Hey, gonna stop staring?" I joke, as I catch his attention even more.

"You shouldn't be looking back," he states trying to justify himself.

"You shouldn't be staring either," I expres causing a smile to form on his face.

"I see you play basketball," I state.

"Correction, I own basketball," he says causing me to roll my eyes.

"I saw you too, you know, on the track yesterday," he expresses.

"Stalker," I huff pulling my eyebrows together.

"You stalked first," he chuckles as I turn my back to him

"Sure," I bicker causing him to further annoy me.

He twirls my hair around his fingers before tugging it slightly.

"Adonis," I scoff softly turning around to look at him.

"You're not in middle school, stop," I say, causing him to chuckle.

A smile spreads across his face, "Fine," he says.

"Thank you," I state before turning back around.

I manage to get out of the school just in time before the horde of teens come bursting out.

I lean against my car waiting for Lexi when a familiar face catches my eye.

Too far to tell but I'm convinced that it's April's older brother.

"Caught yourself a boy toy?" Adonis speaks, disrupting me from my thoughts.

"You seem to appear out of no way, like always," I state.

A cheeky grin forms on his lips before he speaks.

"I was wondering Ms Rose," he states causing me to roll my eyes.

"Who told you that now?" I question causing his ego to grow.

"I have my ways, but I saw you have a tattoo behind your ear, " he pauses.

"You came all the way over a tattoo?" I question.

"It intrigued me," he states as he takes a step closer.
