Redstar sat on the LeadersRock, gazing at his Clan as they settled down for the night.

It was a soft, new-leaf night. Silverpelt gazed down into the walking cats.

Thin lines of moss on the camp walls looked a color of silver on the bright night.

Getting up, he turned and headed down the rocks. He turned his head towards a warrior.

"Streamsong, could you and Darkflight please guard the camp for the night?"

The she-cat nodded at her leader turning towards Darkflight as he was already heading to the camp entrance.

"Flowerpaw!" Hareclaw said as he called his apprentice. Flowerpaw came over, her stance tired from a days work.

"Lilykit, Stonekit! Come here!" The MoonClan leader heard the call of Yellowdapple.

The two kits ran to their mother, eyes tired, and hungry.

Redstar turned and headed back up the LeadersRock, no sooner did he hear a pair of pawsteps behind him.

"Breezeheart?" Redstar said as he turned, staring at his medicine cat, her usually gray pelt turned silver in the moonlight. "What brings you here?"

The patched grey she-cat looked at Redstar with a neutral expression on her face. "Redstar, I would like to speak with you."

"The ginger tom nodded, "Come on, then." Redstar waited as Breezeheart hopped up to where he was, then he started to walk with her.

Redstar noticed that Breezeheart looked a little... disturbed. Her eyes seemed off, as if she was barley aware of her surroundings.

The walk to the LeadersDen was short, and the two cats pushed through the entrance.

Waving his tail, he gestured to a shady place near the back of the den, where there was a small trikle of water down the walls.

He sat down in his nest a he let her speak, he could smell that his scent was stale from not being here all day.

He nodded to Breezeheart, telling her to speak.

Breezeheart gave her chest fur a couple of quick licks, "Redstar, you know the ways of StarClan?"

The tom was caught off guard by the question, so he stayed silent, holding his tounge.

"The cats in the stars, I.....have received a prophecy from them." Breezeheart said, her voice shaky, but firm.

Redstar was shocked. "But there hasn't been a prophecy in moons. Not since Nightstar...." The tom said, referencing the leader before Applestar, the leader before him.

"Trust me, Redstar. I'm sure what I've seen."

"When did you receive it?"

"A few sunrises ago," Breezeheart stoped to lick her paw and draw it over and ear.

Redstar stopped and thought. This is the first prophecy in a long time, was about MoonClan? We're all the Clans in danger?

Redstar flexed his claws, worry heavy and deep in his belly like a rotten piece of prey.

This was a change. That was for sure. The ginger tom remembered, he wasnt even born when the last prophecy came.

Was this change going to be bad, or good? Redstar's thoughts flooded over like a raging river.

"I'm not sure what to think of it," Breezeheart started "But I want you to know that I'll do the best I can for my Clan. I may not know the hardships we'll face, but I'm MoonClan's medicine cat. MoonClan cats are brave and strong and I will not hesitate to defend my Clan against anything."
