Deku's POV:
I was excited to see Todoroki as always, he was first person who I think first thing in the morning. I didn't understand why I was always excited to see him and why I kept thinking about him. Since I saw today, my heart kept beating really fast and I got really nervous when I was around him.
What is this feeling?
"Hey Midoriya!" Todoroki said.
At that moment, my heart kept beating faster.
"Are you alright?" He asked concerned.
"Oh! U-uh! Y-yes! I'm... I'm... okay! Promise!" I stuttered a bit.
"Are you sure?" He asked again as he moved a little closer to me.
"Positive!" I blushed.
He smiled.
"Just checking! I'm glad you're okay!" He said.
"Thanks!" I said.
Todoroki's POV:
When Midoriya smiled, it looked so adorable. I thought something else was bothering him but he didn't seem really sad as usual. He just really seemed happy and if he was happy, I'm happy too.
Walking Down the Hall
Deku was walking down the hall writing on his notebook about his feelings until he bumped into Bakugou.
"K-Kacchan!?"
"YOU IDIOT! ARE YOU BLIND!?"
"N-no! I-I'm sorry!"
Bakugou was about to use his quirk on Deku until Todoroki used his right side to freeze Todoroki. Deku turned back and smiled to see him.
"Todoroki!"
Deku hugged Todoroki and cried. Todoroki smiled as he hugged him back.
"Are you okay, Midoriya?" Todoroki asked.
"I'm better now! Thank you!" Midoriya said.
"It's going to be okay! I'll protect you!" He said.
"Thanks!" He smiled and blushed.
"No problem!" He smiled back.
Todoroki melted the ice as he and Midoriya walked together.
Todoroki's POV:
I just couldn't get enough of his smile. I could feel my heart beating really fast.
Why am is my heart beating really fast?
At that moment when he hugged me for saving his life, I just felt butterflies in my stomach. I've never felt like this before.
Am I in love?
Deku's POV:
I didn't understand what I was feeling. All I could feel was my heart beating really fast and think about Todoroki a lot. I went up to Uraraka.
"Hey Uraraka!" I said.
"Oh, Midoriya! Hey!" She said.
"Can I ask you something?" I asked.
"Of course!" She said.
"So... what does it mean when you're heart is beating really fast and think about a person a lot?" I asked nervously.
"Oh! You're in love!" She said.
"W-what?!? N-no way!" I said nervously.
"I think you are! So, who is it?"
I nervously turned red as I was sweating.
"Tell me! I won't tell anyone!" She said cheerfully.
"Well... I trust you... so.... it's Todoroki!" I said.
Uraraka smiled.
"Don't worry! Your secret is safe with me!" She said cheerfully.
"Oh... uh... thanks!" I said shyly.
