Okie dokie im ready for this chapter to get significantly less views but im dying to write some FLUFF. o///o

Supposed to be Rogue x short reader but i butchered the hell out of it

Warnings: out of character Rogue. Nothing else. I mean this could be a short film on disney.

Rogue was- no is your best friend. He dropped by every now and then. He told you stories of his adventures and you listened carefully, not missing a detail. Sometimes he'd stop mid- sentence, and laugh at you when you nodded on for him to continue.
"It's been a while since he'd stopped by last." You thought, frowning as you stood on your tippy-toes to dust the inside of a top shelf. You grumbled when you were still too short to reach the top of the very top. As you shuffled to the closet to grab your step stool.

*Knock*

   Your eyes traveled to the object that made the sound, the door. And very quickly, you forgot what you were doing and ran over to open it, Revealing the man you were thinking about just moments ago.
He towered above you, grinning when you smiled and wrapped your arms around his waist and pulled him by his hips into your house. "Rogue! Where have you been? Its been a while!!" You laughed, nuzzling into his stomach.

   Not a very friend thing to do, but then again, you two weren't "just friends,"

"Yeah I was in the Grand Magic Games, I had to stay for a bit." He chuckled, patting your head. Your bright smiled turned to a pout, realizing you missed the whole show. "Don't look at me like that," He blushed, rubbing the back of his neck. "You didn't miss anything too interesting."

Fucking liar - Maddie aka Author

You shook your head, "You were so excited! Its a shame I missed you meeting your idol." "It's fine Y/N." Rogue let out a laugh, patting your head. "But on a side note, im hungry. Have anything to eat?" "Uh, I have cookies in the cabinet- chocolate chip obviously." He laughed as you waddled into the kitchen, opening the cabinets.

(Upper cabinets- cupboard i think. Lmao^^ this is where i RUINED trash plot. Girl imma remake this one day- im so sorry)

You placed your hands on the marble counter, pushing yourself up so you could reach the top shelf. Sighing when you fell back down. Rogue let out a small laugh in which you glared at him, shaking your head. Once again, you pushed yourself up, failing. "Need help?"
   Honestly, you could go get your lil youngins' step stool out of the closet, but decided to save yourself the embarrassment, instead nodding at him. "You know, I always told you to drink your milk when we were younger. Should've listened," He snickered. You rolled your eyes as he walked past you, reaching up and grabbing the small, bear shaped jar off the top shelf.
He grinned, taking the top off and grabbing a cookie out. Staring at the cookie, eyes full of admiration, he took a bite. Immediately, all the life left his eyes and he spit it into the trash. "What the fuck Rogue??" You grumble, shoving his shoulder lightly. "When did you make those? Forty years ago???" "About a week ago, why?" You answered, holding back an ungodly amount of laughter. "You fed me week old cookies?? Why didn't you tell me they were old??" He yelped, wiping his tongue off frantically.
   "Well you didn't ask." You answered, setting the top back on the bear jar. "Do I need too...??" He glared, making you grin. "I was gonna tell you until you told me I should've drank more milk as a child!" You laughed, wiping a fake tear from your face. "You should see your face!" He frowned at you, shaking his head. "Awe I'm sorry Roguie!" You placed a short kiss on the tip of his nose, ignoring when his cheeks lit up. "Here, there's fresh, hour old cookies in the oven."
   You opened it, giggling when he smiled once more and yanked the pan out of the oven.

You may be short but its easier to sneak up on people that way.
