Well here we go- trying again. Look at me A LEMON QUEEN IN HER NATURAL HABITAT (NOT)

It smells like innocence in here and i think im stinking up the place.

Warnings: I might cuss. Dirty jokes??

Your limbs were littered with bruises, bandages, cuts kept from outside germs. You were sore from the tiring activities of yesterday. Letting out a yawn, you sat up on the bed, wincing at the sharp pain in your arm. "Are you okay Y/N/N? Your boyfriend, Sting asked, turning over on his side to drape his arm over your thighs. "Uh, Yeah Stingy. Are you?" You asked, bringing your hand up to draw circles on his forearm.
"A little sore but I can manage." You nodded, "It's expected; Have you talked to any of the other dragon slayers?" He sighed, wrapping both his arms around your waist, and nuzzling his face into your stomach. "Uh yeah. At like three in the morning Rogue knocked on the door and asked if you were okay."
You felt bad, everyone was worrying about you but you were barely hurt. A couple days time, you'd be good as new. "Don't worry about it Y/N/N, everyone loves you, they'd be worried even if you only had a scratch on you." He yawned, nuzzling into your side. You shook your head, "I wish I could've helped more, Yukino was doing a great job, Rogue and you were too. Im just saying if the last master still was here, I'd be done for." You frowned, leaning back and laying against the headboard.
Sting let out a groan, shaking his head. "Don't talk like that Y/N. His opinion doesn't matter. He was wrong." You frowned. "I'm sorry Sting, I just want to protect you but im not doing a very good job at that"
"Look at me, I'm not dead. Y/N I'm fine. I'm alive. You saved so many casualties by taking that final blow. That was amazing, although I hope you never do it again. Honestly, your magic didn't really didn't really fit the mission but you made it work to help your friends. Thats enough, you helped all you could. So lay down. I'm fucking tired." You let out a giggle, realizing you might've been exaggerating.
Finally, you laid down and smiled when he burrowed his head into your neck and started snoring. You truly did have the best boyfriend.

Oof that ending sucked im so sorry. I'm feeling some angst come up. Probably a part 2 (to what tho) on my nalu oneshots book. Go check it out!!
