Chapter 22

Isis

"Yes" i said as i got up joined by Rico, tee mama, and my friends. "Is he ok?" i asked.

"Yes, he's ok. Good vitals.. he's alert & speaking. He took one to the chest and was going through arrhythmia shock when he first came in... but since has been responsive" the doctor said and i broke down. And my friends held me up.

He must be in pain.. But he's ok, thank you Jesus.

"Immediate family can go back now, mom, dad, spouse, any children" the doctor said

And out the corner of my eye i saw someone get up and proceed to walk up. I look and it's Milania.

"Mom" the doctor said pointing to Tee mama. "Dad" the doctor said pointing to Rico. "So who's the spouse" he said looking between the now 2 of us.

"Me" we both said at the same time. And i gave that bitch a look that would kill.

"Her" everybody yelled in unison pointing to me. Except Milania

"Ok let's head to the back" the doctor said walking us to the back.

I was sooo nervous to go in the room, so i sat outside for a bit while Rico and Mama went in. I sobbed to myself silently. What if he doesn't want me here ? What if he was expecting malania to come to the back ?

My thoughts were interrupted by Rico coming out of the room.

"Why yu ain't go in ?" He said sitting next to me.

"What if he doesn't want me here?" I said sobbing.

"Isis it's a lot of Shit thats been going on that you don't know, and it's my fault for not telling you....But if it's one thing i know, i know he wants you in that room. Right now. More than ever" he said hugging me.

"Ok." I replied. And then mama came out.

"Go in there. He's gonna be so happy to see you" she whispered. "He's in good spirits".

I got up and walked to the room door. I let out a breath i didn't even know i was holding in and i walked through the door.

"Isis?" Antonio said in shock. He was sitting up on the bed. He had a bloody gauze on his chest and i felt my self crying all over again but i pushed it down.

"Are you okay" i said sitting down next to him. I couldn't hold back nomore. I let it all out.

"Fatma I'm fine" he said hugging me. I made sure not to squeeze him too hard and hurt him.

"Are you sure" i said looking him in his eyes. "I was sooo scared" i said crying. And he squeeze my hand.

"What happened" i said breathlessly. And he told me , everything. I couldn't see nothing but RED. I've never felt nothing like this never in my life. I'm usually not a violent person. But something took a hold of me and baby it's hold was strong.

"Isis-" Antonio said attempting to hold my hand and keep me there.

" Ima Be right back, if i don't come back. Just know I'm okay" i said walking fast out of the room before he could say anything else. Walking down that hallways it's like i couldn't get to that waiting room fast enough. Everything around me was moving slow motion. All i could see was red.

I got to the waiting room but no milania.

"Isis" my friends called.

"Where's Milania ?" I said my face full of rage. I'm gonna kill this bitch.

"She's outsi-" Rico started and i headed for the door.

"Isis NOOOO!" I heard somebody yell. Fuck that. I'm on one. I ran outside and everybody ran behind me.

I spotted the bitch talking on the phone and my red turned to black.

All i remember is seeing blood. Blood, a lot of blood. Somebody pulled me up off her and forced me in a car.

I'm now in that car and we're driving away. Somewhere. I look up and it's my friends.

"The police were coming" Morgan said. I didn't give af. Only thing i wanted to know was if i killed the bitch or not. She deserves death.

We arrived at the motel and my clothes were all bloody. I don't have a change of clothes or anything.

"Let's go to Walmart" i said looking down at my shirt.

"Bitch you crazy" taj said and i started laughing.

"Yea, mo' crazier den me" Kelly added.

"I ain't even know you had it in you" Morgan added.

"You whooped that ass, it was well deserved too." Trey added.

"Y'all know what happened?" I said confused.

"Girl yeahh, That heavyset lightskin dude Rico told us everything" i heard Kelly say.

"Milania must've saw us looking at her crazy so she went outside and got on the phone & then you came out... i kept telling taj we ain't had to beat ha up this time cause the minute you found out. It was UP" Morgan said.

"Damn right. Nobody Fuck over the one's i love" i said as we drove down the road to Walmart.
