United States of America – March 18th 2024

A massive earthquake scaling at magnitude 8.1 completely annihilated the West Coast with devastating destruction and claiming the lives of three million. The West Coast is declared a major faultline, forcing the remaining survivors to flee and requesting emergency aid from the East Coast. The U.S. President mobilizes the military in response to the crisis and lending aid to the refugees. However the U.S. Power Grid was hit by a devastating EMP blast just as the military was being mobilized, leading the entire country into great panic and disarray.  

The Black Order suddenly launches a surprise attack from Canada and the Mexican Border, easily overwhelming military bases with minimal defenses and establishing their base of operations in the United States. Once they have access to the U.S. Military Network, they feed false reports to U.S. troops, diverting their attention elsewhere while instating fear throughout the country with propaganda broadcast and spreading their influences for more followers into joining their cause.

The Black Order begins to utilize high-tech weaponry stolen from the U.S. Military to enforce their rules in small isolated towns and preventing the U.S. Air Force from gaining air superiority in the region. Fortunately the Special Operations Command has begun their counterattack to retake most of the military bases and small towns taken by the Black Order and destroying AA weapon sites. Members of the Special Forces and Army Rangers will be the tip of the spear in the counterattack.

So far the Special Forces were successful in their counterattack as the U.S. President mobilizes the Avalon Wing Squadron to lend additional support for U.S. troops being deployed to the West Coast. The Avalon Wing Squadron is an elite squadron that operates prototype, but highly advanced Eagle Carriers, that can deploy a fleet of combat drones and jet fighters within seconds. They can also provide close air support with advanced missile pods, capable of firing cruise missiles and nuclear missiles in hypersonic speed, and prototype rail cannons for ground bombardment. Their mission was simple... provide maximum air superiority in U.S. Airspace and denying the enemy in both air and land.

The U.S. Military establishes a forward operating base in Las Vegas to fend off a possible counteroffensive from the Black Order and ensuring civilians are evacuated to Nellis Air Force Base. A strong dose of electromagnetic signatures was suddenly detected from Death Valley as a massive red cloud appeared over the mountain and violent thunderstorms erupting over it violently in the sky. Most electronics and high-tech equipment were oddly gone haywire for brief period of time. However they are completely unaware that something more evil and ancient is arising from the sand dunes of Death Valley and stand poised to strike when the time is right...

Forward Operating Base Iron Bull, Nevada, USA

Staff Sergeant Ackerman, First Battalion, Ninth Marines... It's been awhile since we last heard from the West Coast. Communications's down from the EMP blast and it wasn't long before we received reports that the Black Order are invading from the Mexican Border and Canada. They've already taken half of the Southwestern area, but luckily our guys from SOCOM are doing a great job in clean sweeping the whole area. Forward Operating Base Iron Bull is my next stop as well as my battalion and our mission is to reinforce the base defenses to fend off a possible Black Order counterattack. I've been hearing a lot of jumble up rumors of strange things happening in Death Valley. No one knows what's going over there, but a lot of guys onboard look scared shitless from the rumors. I don't know what we'll find there, but we're going to do our best to save those people and take down those fanatics if they ever try to go through us. This is Staff Sergeant Ackerman... signing off.
