NCT's Elsie and THE BOYZ's Jacob Confirmed To Be In A Relationship
After Elsie was seen out and about Seoul with a guy nobody knew, they immediately took to guessing on who it would be.
At first fans thought the pairing were just friends until a picture of said man and Elsie of the pair kissing was leaked by Dispatch.
It has been around 3 weeks since that particular incident and nothing has died down surrounding the pair. Elsie must've seen this and took to SM to admit her relationship. The Entertainment spoke to all parties involved before the announcement was made from both Entertainments.
